The hotel offers spacious rooms, but unfortunately, they have a noticeable unpleasant odor. The comforter and bed sheets had yellow stains, which was quite off-putting and gave the impression that cleanliness wasn't a priority. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good, the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The carpets are very old and need to be replaced, as they contribute to the room’s worn-down atmosphere. While the location is convenient for travelers, I would suggest management pay more attention to maintaining the rooms to ensure they meet higher cleanliness standards.

Great location close to airport and a Waffle House. Hotel had both pool and fitness facility but unfortunately didn’t get to use either of these due to time constraints. Complimentary breakfast served its purpose. Hotel staff was more than willing to hold our luggage all day from when we got off our cruise at 7 am until we returned from a day at Disney at 10 pm. Room was not clean. Even the entrance to the lobby was dirty. Light in our room didn’t work. Floors weren’t clean. Many upgrades necessary for this property.

I am a disabled individual and require a room with a roll-in shower. I cannot stay in any other type of room for a number oif reasons. We arrived at the Sleep Inn and were told the room is ready but could not be unlocked. The maintenance technician was unable to open the door. We waited an hour and when we complained the manager said we were rude.

Room Issue But Were Looked After

The first room that we entered had toilet problems and flooded. The lady at the desk was more than helpful and placed us in another room immediately. My wife and I stayed one night and had a good sleep. No close by amenities but there were plenty a short drive away.
