I love the convenience of valet. The room was very clean and had a spectacular view over looking downtown. The elevators were kind of slow but I enjoyed the breakfast and my stay. They were even able to accommodate me for a later check out.

Checkin process took over 15 minutes then once arrived in the room I was given a down grade from what I book. Once in the room it was stains on the blanket so had to go back to the desk change rooms for then to be placed in the actual room I paid for once in that room the shower drain was clogged no one never came to fix it, room wasn’t fully cleaned because we found multiple decorations pieces around the room as if the previous guest had a celebration or something. Then our peloton in the room didn’t even work… so yea won’t be staying here again.

Checked in for Christmas and the room was filthy. Hotel staff moved us to another room that was less filthy but still unclean.
