Love the Nashville Omni! after a long day of work, we were greeted with the most pleasant gentleman at check-in, Emond, that welcomed us and had us quickly on our way to our most accommodating quiet room and wonderful weekend. Thank you, Omni, for always being there for a great escape.

The lady at the front desk that afternoon was a bit curt and somewhat rude as we were waiting to check in. She made no eye contact or any kind of nod that she saw us and was ready to help us. As she finally waved us to come closer she spoke very softly and as if I was ignoring her. Unnecessary and inappropriate.
