Sijaitsee 6. 3 mailia keskustasta pohjoiseen Ketchum kotimme on rauhallinen keidas asuinalueella nimeltään Eagle Creek. Siinä on suuri huone, jossa on ainutlaatuinen 4 puolinen lasi takka, iso, 50 tuuman, taulutelevisio, Blue Ray DVD-soitin ja langaton internetyhteys. Takaisin kannelle on kylpytynnyri alle kata huvimaja, joiden avulla voit rentoutua rankan päivän hiihto sloops talvella tai vaellus ja pyöräily polkuja kesällä.

Se tulee pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ja täysin varusteltu
keittiö. Se on iso ruokasali taulukko, johon mahtuu 14 ja voidaan laajentaa istuin 20. Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone, joka on meidän kerrossänky huone ja nukkuu, 4 kylpyhuone huone sijaitsee aivan käytävän toisella puolella. Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet. Kaikki on queen size-vuode flanelli lakanat ja untuvaselkätuki talveksi.
Makuuhuoneessa on myös joukko kerrossänky, kaapeli-tv, uusi 40 tuumainen taulu, Blue Ray DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyhuone. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta myös queen-vuoteet ja jakaa kylpyamme.

Talo tulee kaksinkertainen auton autotalli ja siivouspalvelu niin lopussa tai loman juuri kävellä ulos ovesta.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Hemingway Memorial. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great retreat

Had a great stay in Ketchum - well stocked and exactly as decribed

We had a wonderful stay at Jim's place in Ketchum. He has thought of everything and is very well stocked on items you will need. Nice to have TP etc, rather than having to hit the store for necessities. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided and the bedding was in good shape. The beds were a bit firm but that is a preference thing, not a negative. We really enjoyed the hot tub and propane fire pit on the back patio. Each room had a fan that helped with noise and the humidifiers were much appreciated and needed in the Idaho low humidity. Jim provided great directions and even helped us plan a great bike trail. Would definitely stay at the Redneck Retreat again.

Great Nordic Ski home base

Members of The Montana State Nordic team stayed here while participating in races at Lake Creek and Galena Lodge. It was a very comfortable spot! The big garage, boot drier, and fireplace were all great for keeping skiers warm and dry between competitions!

Cross country ski group

This was our second stay in four years at Jim‘s VRBO. He’s a premier host. The large spacious house has everything our group of seven cross country skiers needed for a very comfortable stay. One of the best parts for us was the convenient location to all the xc ski trailhead locations right off Highway 75.

Sun Valley home

7 adults traveled to Sun Valley from NC. We skied, snowmobiled and found the hot springs. Jim was fantastic at communicating ahead of time and while we were in the home. All the bathrooms have heated floors, boot warmers, all kitchen needs and the fireplace is huge and easy to use. Additionally, the house was very clean. If we ever go back to this area we will stay here again.

Great property for a family ski trip

We had a great time and this property was everything we could have wanted. It is a reasonably short drive from the ski area. The decor was perfect - and showed a lot of creativity. The pantry included a lot of staples that have presumably been left by prior guests - and the property has a well-stocked spice drawer for the meals we prepared ourselves. We would definitely consider a future stay if the family comes back to Sun Valley.

Fishing trip

We were very pleased with the place. Pictures are accurate and the home is just outside of town to the north. One of the showers was not usable, because of a leak, which was a bit of a bummer, but the owner says that will be remedied.

Super Stay

Wonderful property and perfect location. Really comfortable and felt like home. Everything was as described and we didn’t lack anything. Very clean and well stocked. The back porch with the hot tub and gas fireplace was a hub of activity. Bike trails nearby. Communication with Jim the owner was spot on. We would recommend The Redneck Retreat to anyone coming to Ketchum ID.

Beautiful location and stay

I am only removing a star for the hiccup we had at check in. There was a mix up and the house had not been cleaned after the previous guest, so we had to set up our own beds and clean the kitchen a bit after a long day of driving. However, Jim was very apologetic and accommodating and after that first day we had a great stay. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood is lovely. It was a perfect house for our party of 8.

Red Neck Retreat

Our group of 12 found that the RNR house had the space to live comfortably, enough table space to eat, plenty of kitchen equipment, a good hot tub, and well appointed for our group. We found that we were close enough to town to go back and forth easily. But being out of town a ways was very nice as well.

Great property in great location

Stayed at this property for the first time on our annual Sun Valley Christmas/New Year trip and we loved it. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood north of Ketchum. Before we even got there, I knew this was going to be a great rental. The owner, Jim, stayed in touch and made sure everything was ready, he even called us on the way up to let us know about a minor (and I mean MINOR) issue with a small appliance so that everything would be perfect. He was quick to answer any questions I had. Once we got there, the house was very nice. There was a TON of snow on the ground and another 10 inches or so fell while we were there and every morning, he had a crew out there cleaning off the walks and the driveway, so that by the time we were ready to go out in the morning, the walkways around the house were clear. There are a TON of beds in the house, so it can accomodate a large family with lots of kids, The gigantic fireplace in the living room makes for a very cozy gathering place in the evening. My family and I loved this property and would definitely use it again in the future, if it’s available.

Great home base for adventures

Our group stayed here to mountain bike in the Ketchum, Redfish, and Stanley areas. House was well located for exploring the wilderness, but still conveniently close to town. House was so accommodating and comfortable , with the hot tub, deck, well -stocked kitchen, and living area, that we really looked forward to our time at the house after a big day on the trails. The owner was genuinely interested in our enjoyment of the property and of the area, and communication was excellent. Hope to stay here again in a return trip!
