Downstairs covered patio includes Hot Tub, Fire pit, Open air shower, TV, Dining area with BBQ and Flat top grill. Plenty of room for all guests to have a private space outside to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, bird watching, or relaxing with a good book. Large dock space to bring your boat. Close proximity to excellent restaurants, 5 minute drive to John Pennekamp park (excellent snorkel and dive tours.)
