Now more than ever it is important it is important to choose a home that is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. We inspect our homes multiple times each month and follow the AHLA Stay Safe Guidelines to ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. You will also find an initial supply of cleaning and paper products along with handsoap and toiletries. The home has a private entrance and contactless Check-In/Out.

Enjoy a holiday in the sun in historic Key West. Your updated 2BR villa in gated Shipyard Condominiums is just 2 blocks from famously funky Duval Street and near the new Truman Waterfront Park. The beach is a short bike ride or walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park.
Your sunny retreat includes a private courtyard with a grill and access to the communal swimming pool.

Located within the gated community of Truman Annex, you are just steps away from the new Truman Waterfront Park and only 2 blocks from the famous Duval St. Enjoy the heart of Old Town Key West and all its charms! Stroll or bike to many of the historic sites such as Hemingway House and Little Truman White House or take a relaxing sunset cruise. If you are bringing a vehicle you will have a secure parking space while you enjoy the many nearby activities.

We loved our stay at this property. The condo had all of the amenities that we needed for our week long stay. We made use of the pool which although small was never crowded. We were able to walk to the Southernmost Point as well as to Mallory square with ease. We miss the Roosters all ready!

Great location - listing very accurate
My family-myself, husband and 6 year old twins, stayed here for 1 week. The condo was exactly as described with accurate photos. You can walk to Fort Zachery Beach but driving, depending on your crew & the weather, may be easier. It’s not like a normal beach - there is plenty of parking, a snack bar and shade. If my kids were a little older I would have rented bikes. The condo is also very close to all of the bars and restaurants. We did rent a car but it wasn’t necessary and didn’t use it much. We booked numerous boat trips and walked or took a $10 Uber to the drop off points. Plenty to do for everyone and the pool, albeit on the small side, was perfect, close to the condo and chilled - awesome when it’s over 90. The condo itself was clean and had all the necessities. Nothing fancy but clean and had what we needed. I’d stay here again or elsewhere in the Truman Annex. We also went to Truman’s Little White House and Hemingway’s Home which are waking distance and enjoyable.

Family Thanksgiving Get Away
Perfect location for a family trip. Our children rented a condo in the same development. We used the bikes to go to the beach and explore every day. (Beach chairs were not in the unit, and we used the beach towels instead.) Walked to Duval and attractions. The unit was super cute and comfortable. Nice linens, beach decor, modern furnishings. I will stay here again if available for our next trip to Key West!

We had an amazing trip and loved our stay. The back deck area was nice for hanging out and grilling. The pool and bikes were close by. The place was very clean. We loved the state park beach, which is a short walk away.

Family Vacation
We love key west and usually come once a year. This is the first time in the Truman Annex. The location is amazing, proximity to duval and the park makes it a great choice. The specific unit we were in was decorated so cute. Provided chairs for the beach, beach bag and other really helpful items. My only complaint was the pool was stuffy and not kid friendly. There are a ton of posted rules about kids playing, like no jumping that made it not very family friendly.

Hassle free rental
This was a hassle free rental. Everything was done virtually. The condo was perfect. Clean, great location, great neighbors too. The best part was that two bikes were included in the rental. Such as great bonus. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect home away from home
The property is super cute with all the amenities of home. Close to EVERYTHING!! The bikes are a super bonus. We rented 2 additional for our kids and we were on the go the whole time. The location is the best part, we were in the heart of everything.

Girls Getaway
This Condo was PERFECT for our girls get away week. The location was Great, we could walk to most of our destinations, and the bikes were so nice to have for our further adventures. The complex pool was a nice retreat as well from a busy morning and before going out to dinner. It also was a nice place to meet people from all over and share things we have done. The patio was perfect for our morning coffee & our evening card games & drinks. The food was so enjoyable - you certainly won't go hungry. The locals are friendly and helpful, the ROOSTERS and chickens add a special uniqueness to the area as well. We HIGHLY recommend this Condo for your stay in Key West, the location and amenities are the BEST! ! !
