Begin your journey in a bright and cheery open concept Great Room, drawing you in to a worry-free and effortless encounter. An upscale and fully equipped kitchen allows for meal prep that can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top alongside your crafted cocktail just before hitting the downtown action. Plush furniture occupies the living space with a flat screen TV for lazy afternoons in. A convenient powder room is located steps away. A second floor seating area with a sectional couch, table and flat screen TV is the perfect entertaining area for game night. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located next to the front door of the home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Totaling 5 king bedrooms, this home is perfect for bringing all your loved ones together for your Florida Keys story. Two king guest rooms reside on the downstairs level with a shared jack and jill bathroom with a double sink vanity and shower. Head up the stairs to a spacious primary suite with an en suite bathroom with double sink vanities and a shower. The other 2 guest rooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a shower. All guest rooms come with a flat screen TV with Youtube TV capability.

Daughter’s 21st Bday Weekend
We stayed for 4 nights at this property for my daughter’s 21st birthday. There were 6 of us including my parents, aunt, daughter and friend. House was in perfect location - private entry to Duval yet away from the noise. We did not hear anything at night even when Duval was in full swing. House is new, modern and decorated beautifully. Rooms were large and spread out. Upstairs lounge area is a plus too. Plenty of room for all of us. Suggest to taxi to property and have rental golf cart delivered. Did not need a car all week. Also had Instacart food delivered and rented bikes (stored on side walkway). Dipping pool was perfect when coming back from activities in the heat. Highly recommend renting this house when in Key West!

Property was excellent. Were pretty self sufficient so did utilize concierge or have much communication with PM other than early check in (thank you again). It’s just in great spot! Walk right out onto Duval but you can retreat back into comfort when you’re ready to rest. Wonderful spot

Wonderful house and location!
This was a perfect house for a group of 10 adults and in a ideal location off of Duval. The house was extremely clean, updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool/hot tub was a nice addition. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and also allowed us a late check out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Key West and would most definitely stay here again.

Friends weekend in Key West
The house looks exactly like it does in the photos. 5 bedrooms with all king beds. We loved it. There’s an alley next to the house which lets you access Duvall st. Plunge pool is small but we had 10 of us sitting in and around it. O ne small parking spot which is in the description. We parked 2 cars at the airport, it was cheap and simple.

Perfect LOcation
House was great and location is amazing. You can't get any closer to Duvall without being directly on it. Practically the center of Duvall street so everything is walking distance. Parking spot is tight - I would recommend renting a golf cart in lieu of a car - but everything is so close, you don't need either.

Communication with the Property Manager was excellent! Brian was in contact prior to the rental, available throughout the rental and touched base prior to our departure. The location was great!. The property was clean! The beds were amazing! Honestly. No complaints.

Great location
This house was perfectly located for exploring Duval street and the surrounding areas. You have your own private alley from the house to Duval, which was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and with the house having 5 bedrooms, it suited our needs. There are no closets in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, or in the master, but with the additional living room area upstairs, we had plenty of space to store our luggage. We did not have a vehicle, but if you do, there is only 1 parking space designated for the house. Though the pool is small and shaded, it is deep and fit our needs with 8 adults. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a great location, walkable to most areas of interest and larger enough for ten adults. We had a problem with the ice maker but the property manager responded immediately. The only negatives were the size of the bedrooms and lack of closets in some of them Overall, a very good experience enjoyed by all.

Key West mid week get away
Great location!!! The home was spotless, very impressed with how clean and orderly it was. Right off of Duvall but couldn’t really hear any noise while in the house. Property Manager Brian was a pleasure to deal with and response time was immediate. There are no closets in the first floor bedrooms but for our quick stay it didn’t matter. Would stay there again for sure!
