Overall the stay was just okay. There are opportunities to improve.
I am rating my stay as 3-stars, mainly because there are opportunities to improve the overall experience for the customers. This property is managed by Vacasa Management and the way they are running this property is not very customer comfort focused. They are pretty much checking the boxes for amenties instead of making sure that the customer is truly having a great experience.Cleanliness: Before I get into the feedback on the missed opportunities, i want to clarify that the cleaning staff did a good job and I would rate 5-stars for their services.Missed Opportunties:- Quality of furniture: The reason i rated 3-stars for cleanliness, was since the sofas was old and worn-out and stained. Similarly, the bed/mattress needs to be replaced, as it is creaking and sagging. This was the same feedback provided by other customers few months back and clearly the Vacasa management is choosing to ignore this.- Quality of Kitchen: They say that the kitchen is fully equipped to cook, which is incorrect. The kitchen has very poor quality utensils. After repeated complaints I urged them to purchase new cooking pans since they were horribly scratched and non-stick coating was peeling. Also, the kitchen did not have any basic cooking essentials like Salt, Pepper, Oil, etc. I had to purchase everything.Note: The toilet doesn't have a lock, which was very odd.- Quality of stay: Our stay could have been much much better has Vacasa management paid attention to the customer feedbacks.
