Kiama on kaunis kaupunki, ja siellä on monia läheisiä aktiviteetteja, joista vieraat voivat nauttia; Joitakin suosikeistani ovat:

- Delfiini- tai valaidenkatselu makuuhuoneesta!
- Kalastus, snorklaus tai sukellus
- Kiama-majakka + Kiama-puhallusaukko (9min ajomatkan päässä kodistamme)
- Pieni Blowhole (2min kävelymatkan päässä kodistamme)
- Kiama Coastal Walk (pääsee takapihaltamme)

Aivan rannikolla sijaitseva rantahotellimme on täydellinen oleskelu nauttiaksesi suurimmasta osasta Kiamaa. Vieraat voivat nauttia 270 asteen panoraamanäkymistä merelle ja mahdollisuuden havaita valaita ja delfiinejä suoraan makuuhuoneesta! Viihtyisä, kevyt, tyylikäs ja kodikas, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Kianan ikonisesta Blowhole-aukosta, paikallisista kaupoista ja perheystävällisistä rannoista.

Toivomme sinun nauttivan vierailustasi hiljattain remontoidussa kaksikerroksisessa ylellisessä rantatalossa, joka on suunniteltu sopimaan suurille ryhmille tai perheille nauttivan suurimmasta osasta Kiama-vierailunsa!

Avaruus:
Nauti koko talo itsellesi. Hyödynnä henkeäsalpaavat parvekenäkymät ja koe valaiden tai delfiinien katselu, katsele ilotulitteita Kiama-festivaalilta tai tietysti nähdä ikonisia Kiama Blowhole ja Kiama-majakka.

5 isoa makuuhuonetta, 4 kylpyhuonetta, pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, etu- ja sivuparvekkeet, joissa kannenpöydät ja tuolit, ja valtava ulkona viihdealue, jossa BBQ tai pihavarjo mukana. Kaikki huoneet on varustettu täysin tuoreilla liinavaatteilla ja pyyhkeillä jokaisesta varauksesta.

Yläkerrassa:
Aivan rannikolla sijaitseva, rantahotelli on täydellinen loma lomalle. Yläkerrassa on hyvin varustettu keittiö, iso olohuone, ruokailutila, panoraamanäköala parvekkeelle merinäköalalla, kylpyhuone, kahden hengen makuuhuone ja erillinen terassi makuuhuoneesta (myös sisäänrakennetut peilikaapit ja oma kylpyhuone).

Nauti auringonlaskuista ja auringonlaskuista horisontin merinäköalalla, tee kahvia tai teetä ja rentoudu ulkona aurinkoterassilla. Rakastamme kotiamme Kiamassa ja toivomme rakastavasi myös sitä!

Alakerta:
Pysytkö suuren ryhmän kanssa? Alakerrassa on myös toinen täysin varustettu keittiö, mukava olohuone, jossa plasmatelevisio, 3 muuta makuuhuonetta (vyöryvä vuode saatavilla pyynnöstä), kylpyhuone ja pesulapalvelut sekä iso ulkotila suojaisella sisäpihalla ja BBQ. Suuri takapihamme melkein kohtaa meren ja sillä on takaovi vieraille pääsyä rannoille, Little Blowhole tai Kiama Coastal Walk.

Kiama girls getaway
My 4 friends and I enjoyed our girls getaway at Kiama Dreams but found there were a few issues with the property. Our main concern was with the cleanliness - we felt the property had been neglected and the floors, ceiling fans and stoves needed a good clean. We also felt there should have been a compendium available with instructions on how to operate things such as the TV, dishwasher and induction cooktop (which we found after much frustration) would only work if the correct cookware was used. A window & blind were broken in one bedroom & the light switch did not work and there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers available in bedroom 5 to hang any clothes. However we raised these concerns with the property owner who was very apologetic and kindly offered a refund for our troubles. He thanked us for our feedback which he said was helpful and that maintenance would be carried out soon. Aside from all the negatives, we did enjoy our stay, the spectacular scenery from the large balconies, the spaciousness of the house and the coastal walk access from our back gate.

Perfect location
Enormous house. Couldn't be in a better spot on the headland for watching the ocean (hundreds of dolphins) and a 15 minute walk or two minute drive to two wonderful beaches.

Short getaway
Could not fault anything. AAAA++++ Very open and easy communication. House was very clean. Bed comfortable in every room comfortable. View was picturesque. This house was bigger than we expected and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view and very spacious, oddly furnished
House was in a great location and had plenty of rooms. So much space and many bedrooms and bathrooms for a group of friends in town for a wedding. The living space didn’t have enough seating and the beds were incredibly firm. Kitchen had plenty of supplies but could do with a few more bowls. Check in and out was super easy and really clear.

You literally only pay for the view, and it's a great view but... the house really needs a deep clean inside and out, dead cockroach inside the cupboards, dead bugs under the bed, sheets had stains and hair, bathroom wasn't properly clean, floor felt sticky, etc etc. I came worried about the cleaning due to previous reviews and was confirmed cleaner was changed but that was bs. They needs new linen and to upgrade the furniture overall, the living room has 2 small couch barely fits 6 people for a large house... Communication was good before booking then not

Awesome ocean views
Pros: The views of the ocean from the house are awesome. It is located right next to the Little Blowhole and a short drive to Kiama blowhole. It is a spacious house with lots of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Good supply of towels. Toiletries like soap and shampoo provided. Kitchen has a pantry with basic items needed. Dishwashing items provided. Has some great beaches located a short drive away, close to Kiama shops and not too far away from Shellharbour and Wollongong for shopping. Cons: Cleanliness of the house could be improved. Was some rubbish leftover from previous people left when we came in- needs to be more attention to detail. Beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets weren’t comfortable either. No air con so on the day that it was humid it was still stuffy in the house despite all windows and doors being open and fans turned on. Was nice on the cooler days though. Is an older house with outdated furniture, has an odour in some rooms. Not enough seating in lounge room to cater for amount of people that the house can accomodate. Overall it was a spacious holiday house that provided the basics- definitely paying for the view.

Beautifully positioned home large enough to accommodate two families comfortably. Owner is very obliging and available to address any issues quickly and easily. Property would be stunning with a little extra care with cleanliness and some maintenance and updating of areas

Amazing place to stay. Will be back again.
This property was just what we were after to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean from the huge upstairs lounge room window and the lovely walks along the ocean and having every amenity you need. We will be back with our extended families next time as there is so much room. Gordon was lovely to deal with and easy check in and out.

Disappointed
We were happy with residence & position but the cleaners are not doing a proper job We had a resident rat under kitchen sink who scared the life out of me We were 5 ladies in our 60’s & our mum who is 93. You need to have the pest control people in as we were constantly cleaning up rat poo. Rooms all need a thorough clean Not just a sweep through Beds need to be made correctly with the top sheet tucked in at bottom of bed. I got tangled up as I didn’t notice the sheets weren’t tucked in until it was too late We would not return. We expected cleanliness for the money we spent One more thing, as the house accommodates 12, perhaps another lounge would not go astray in the main living area

Lovely house
The house is very spacious with excellent uninterrupted ocean views. Plenty of room for our group of 9 people. The kitchen is good, oven works really well and the beds are comfortable.

Recently had an enjoyable stay in Kiama. House was in a beautiful location & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very a accommodating for our large group. We were even more excited when we got to watch the dolphins from the living room.

Our review
Cleanliness in some areas of the property was very poor. The very first bedroom near the entrance was very unclean. The sheets on the bed had black powder like stuff all over it. Not sure where it was coming from but looking around the bedroom we found that fan above had black dirty stuff on it. Couple who used this bedroom were not comfortable sleeping there,they had very poor sleep due to this reason. Kitchen utensils were not very clean,we had to clean all of them before using them. Bed sheets and blanket covers could be better quality. No mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms makes it hard to dress up. The manager Gong Dao of the property promised us 12 pm check in but just one day before he refused and spoke very rudely and screamed at lady guest which disrupted our plans but he was not apologetic, his attitude was he didn’t care. Lady guest was stunned with his rude behaviour. Over all not pleasant experience compare to the high price we paid for the property.

Beautiful home with spectacular
This home has spectacular views, and is in a great location. Right on the coastal walk, we enjoyed daily walks, and the Little Blowhole was just a few steps away! The property manager was very responsive to the few issues we had. The only negative was that the house was listed as having air conditioning, but only one bedroom actually had a unit. However, for the most part the wonderful breeze off the water kept us cool enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the house!

Very spacious holiday home.
This property is very spacious and comfortable for a couple of families, with 2 well equipped kitchens and 2 living areas giving everyone plenty of room. The views from the main living area are breathtaking. The only downside was the extremely hard beds and the cleanliness. Within an hour or 2 of arriving our feet were black from the floors. We mopped 3 times and washed down the balconies before we could feel a difference. Other then that this is a lovely family holiday house.

Magical location and home
This property was amazing, so much space and perfect for our needs. It even has 2 fully equipped kitchens so perfect for 2 families. The views are exceptional and we were lucky enough to see a whale and some dolphins. The only debit for us was the queen beds are very hard, so take a mattress topper if you don't like a firm bed!
