With accommodations for up to four guests, there is a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The best part is having the beach access only 175 yards away!
This vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. The owners have generously provided some beach towels and toys for your use during your stay!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
