Windswept Villa 4462

Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliaikaisesti ja meidän yöpymiset näytetään tarkasti. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämäärät ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

Tee paikkasi Kiawah-saarelle ja pysy tässä tyylikkäässä kahden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa unohtumattoman merenranta-loman viettoon. Tämä koti sijaitsee rannalla, ja se tarjoaa parhaan mahdollisen ostosmahdollisuuden, ruokailun ja golfin.

Tämä huvila sijaitsee merenranta-rakennuksen 4. kerroksessa, jossa on hissi. Tässä huvilassa on upeat näkymät merelle koko kiinteistön pituudelle. 4462 Windswept Villa on 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuvila, joka on täysin uusittu ja joka on hyvin varustettu Brasilian kirsikkalattialla. Tätä huvilaa kutsuttiin "kattohuoneistoksi", kun rakennus rakennettiin ja siinä on ainutlaatuinen pohjapiirros. Se on rakennuksen ainoa 2 makuuhuone, jossa pohjapiirroksen pituus (leveyssuunnassa) on merelle päin. Kun ikkunat ovat koko huvilan pituuden, sekä kansien molemmissa päissä, yksikkö tarjoaa lähes panoraamanäkymät Atlantin valtamerelle koko huvilan pituudesta. Meren voi nähdä keittiöstä, ruokasalista, olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta.

Pääsy avautuu suurelle olohuoneelle, jossa on 2-kerroksinen holvattu katto, jossa on valtavat ikkunat merinäköalalla. Olohuoneessa on suuri tv, uusi vuodesohva ja kattotuuletin. Olohuoneessa on suuri nurkkaan sijoitettu parveke, jossa on baarin korkeuspöytä ja tuolit. Tästä parvekkeesta, 4 tarinaa maasta, voit nähdä koko rannan saaren loppuun asti!

Keittiössä on mittatilaustyönä valmistetut suuret kaapit, joissa on ruokakomero, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kvartsi-laskurit. Voit nähdä meren olohuoneen ja ruokailun aikana, kun valmistelet aterianne ja tervehdät vieraasi syömässä olohuoneessa, jossa on keittiö. Keittiön ja olohuoneen välillä on ruokasali, jossa on pöytä, jossa on 4 parsons-tuolia ja 2 hätääntynyttä aseistettua kapteenin tuolia. Pois ruokasalista on toinen valtava kannella merinäköalalla ja pöytä ja tuolikokonaisuus, johon mahtuu 4.

Makuuhuoneessa on holvikatot, king-size-vuode, TV, kattotuuletin ja pääsy meren äärellä olevalle parvekkeelle olohuoneesta. Kun heräät aamulla, näet meren! On hiljattain laajennettu yksityinen kylpylä kuten marmorinen kylpyamme, jossa on suuri suihkukaappi ja marmorinen kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Päällikössä on uusi ylellinen muistivaahtopatja.

Vierashuone on laajennettu lisäämällä sisäänrakennettu kerrossänky sekä uusi queen-size-vuode, joka on rakennettu marmoripöydässä ja uudessa mukautetussa kaapissa. Siinä on oma hiljattain laajennettu kylpyhuone, jossa on uusi marmorinen kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, uusi kylpyamme ja suihku.

Keittiön toisessa makuuhuoneessa on pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tässä huvilassa on nopea langaton internetyhteys, ja siihen mahtuu 8 henkeä vuodesohvalla.

Tämä savuton loma-asunto sisältää pysäköinnin, 24 tunnin vartioinnin porteilla, keskuslämmitys, kaapeli-tv, internet, DVD-soitin, täysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet, lähtöpalvelut ja paperituotteiden ja pesuaineiden alkupanos.

Location is prime. Boardwalk is visible and 2 minutes away. Largest unit on the beach. A MUST BOOK. I will never stay anywhere else on Kiawah.

Location and views were great, the condo was very nice although it was a rainy weekend and the tvs were tiny, especially the bedrooms. The master bedroom tv was a joke, it was so small that it couldn't be used. The listing should also state that even though there is a cofee pot and kuereg, there isn't any coffee for either and no condiments like sugar etc. The combo lock was a real pain in the neck, all things that could easily be corrected or upgraded.

Stunning Views
The views were absolutely stunning and the furnishings are gently used but in good condition (which is pretty standard of a beach rental). The only negative about the property is the management company. While the check-in process was well communicated and the door lock code was very easy to enter, the company is not very responsive for issues. The hardwired smoke alarm woke us at at 1:30am with continuous beeping. Thankfully, I was able to press the silence button to keep it quiet for the rest of the night and into the morning. When I contacted the management company the next morning, I was told that someone would call me to fix it. Hours went by and we had a wedding to attend so I finally just took the battery out of the alarm and turned off the smoke alarm breaker in the main panel to silence it so we could rest and get ready for the event. This fixed the problem of course but if there had been an actual emergency, we would have had no warning. I would reserve this property again while keeping in mind that when issues come up, while probably rare, they will take time to be fixed.

we have never stayed at an ocean front condo with so many windows! the view was amazing! we had 2 private decks to enjoy the sunset! we would highly recommend staying on kiawah island!

Spectacular Views
Hard to get better views and the unit is lovely. Still, there is disappointment that as good as it is, it should be better but for a few minor issues that add up - front door is worn and difficult to use, appliances are aging, AC fan runs loudly and constantly, worn chair in master should be tossed. I would return, but I would hope these matters would be tightened up

Stunning Ocean Views!
Very nice condo with open floor plan. Perfect for families with young children. Very child proof. Kitchen was well stocked. On the 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs if not an elevator fan. Building does not have ramps for strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, etc. not a huge issue for us but would of been more convenient.

Family stay at Christmas time
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is quiet with a beautiful private beach. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen when not enjoying one of the local restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The location could not be better! Property management was readily available if needed but our stay was smooth and problem-free. We can't wait to return!

Very nicely furnished, very clean, and the fabulous ocean views made up for the issues. The master bedroom closet is a slider, one side is not accessible. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, missing pieces. Not what you would expect in this type of rental. Last, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the listing. Overall, our stay was wonderful though because it was just my husband and I. We were interrupted while napping one afternoon, when the property manager just walked in because she thought we had checked out. We were not scheduled to check out for another day, That was disconcerting. Otherwise, wonderful condo with gorgeous beach and ocean view.

Sink was broken in master bath. Smoke detectors were beeping from the batteries dying but not able to replace them. The handle on the other bedroom door fell off everytime it was touched because it was missing the screw. Disappointed after spending over $6000 FOR A SMALL CONDO FOR 4 NIGHTS

I used to own a Windswept condo but this one opens up to an incredible view of the ocean. Sunrises and sunsets both spectacular. Unit could use some updating and repairs but it’s all about the views.

Terrible property manager
The physical location was excellent. However the cleaning service was terrible. There was dog urine on the top bunk bed and the condo was not appropriately cleaned. Coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, tables needed wipe downs. VACASA was the rental group and they were horrible. I spent literally a day with multiple calls just to get in contact with a person just to get clean sheet then another day trying to get the AC fixed. Even the hour long message says they are understaffed. I will never rent through any property that uses Vacasa in the future. Renter be ware!

Deep Cleaning never happened--stay away from VACASA rentals
We went to access the property at 3:50 pm and it was in total disarray. the cleaning crew had not arrived, the beds were not stripped, trash was all over the kitchen floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. We called Vacasa, the property manager, at their local office and they told us they were trying to reach the cleaning crew. Since their office was 10 minutes away we went in to complain. They told us that they were trying to reach the cleaning crew but could not. We asked if a different unit was available and were told " no" We then asked what we should do and they said we should figure it out. We asked what time they would be open until and they said 5 pm. THere were two other families there with the same issue. We stepped outside the office to discuss options and as soon as we did at 4:30, they shut off the lights and locked the front door and escaped through the back door. Went back there on Tuesday at 10 am and the office was locked. We went to the unit and my wife, on our 30th anniversary started to clean the kitchen. Finally at 5:45 a cleaning crew arrived and was very apologetic. We left the unit and returned at 8 pm. The unit was "cleaned" but not deep cleaned. Could not smell bleach, the floors had not been damp mopped. The master shower had mold all over the floor and walls. We went out to the supermarket 30 minutes away and bought cleaning supplies to clean the unit. In the interim, my wife had the email of the property owner and could not get any response from her to try to get some relief. We had called the Vacasa number a number of times and when we were still on hold for over an hour we just gave up. Overall the view is great the property looks much better in the photos than in person. There is a small deck the had a broken cooler, broken Bluetooth speaker and broken beach chair on it that had never been cleaned. There was about two months worth of pelican poo on the deck and we were told that should have been cleaned. The furniture is really dated and falling apart, the kitchen chair covers are ripping and one of the legs on the kitchen table is broken. The master bed was comfortable. There were still used coffee grinds in the coffee pot after the "deep Cleaning" . There were stains on the rug and the patio furniture was not at all comfortable. we have owned rental properties ourselves and would be embarrassed if ours looked like this. Do not rent this unit or any through VACASA.
