Tätä 2 sänkyä, 2 kylpyhuonetta tarjoavaa huoneistoa korostaa täysin uusittu keittiö, jossa on graniittiset työtasot ja kaikki ruostumattomat laitteet. This is a fantastic place to stay!The beach is just a short 2-minute walk away, and the property is located on a quiet street with free parking—super convenient! It’s also close to several great spots like the Food Oasis food trucks, Foodland, Paia Fish Market, Kihei Caffe, and Snorkel Bob’s Rentals.The kitchen is impressively stocked with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, and even extras like a toaster oven, three rice cookers, a coffee maker, blender, Tupperware, and more.A thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a curling iron and hair straightener, which came in handy when mine broke.Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the same building, with one commercial washer and two dryers. They were always available when I needed them. The hosts even provided laundry pods and dryer sheets. The machines only take quarters, and each load costs 1.25.For beach days, they had chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available for use, which was incredibly helpful.The unit stays cool with fans and air conditioning, which made it very comfortable during our stay.One tip: Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as those aren’t provided.As a family of five, we especially appreciated the ample seating in the living area. It was so nice to have a sofa and armchair where we could all relax together, without needing to resort to dining chairs like we’ve had to at other places.I highly recommend this place and would absolutely s

Unit was perfect for our trip. Short drive from the airport, unit close to street parking and lot, so always had close parking. Condo is central to so many necessities; Times market (short walk) and many shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. we had a lot planned in our short 4 day trip, and it was conveniently located to everything, and it was nice to come back after a long day out and turn on the cold A/C units in each room to cool down. Our kids loved ending the day in the pool too. Super short walk to the beach.

Perfect Location
Great location, extremely close to relatively quiet beach and easy access to amenities. Pool and hot tub were steps from the condo, they were a great size and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but condo not like picture
Contacted the property manger for early check in and was told that she would contact me. We went by the property to look at it and find the location which we did. One person went to the door just to check it out looked in but never went in and then we left. Later received a call from the manager asking why we left our stuff in the condo, I assured her we did not but she insisted that they told her we did. After trying to assure her several times that we did not she finally hung up. Not happy with that exchange. The bedroom we stayed in had 3 standing fans 1 didn't work and 2 were so clogged with dust and grit they barely moved the air around. The overhead fan worked fine but the light in it would turn on by itself. Twice on separate occasions in the middle of the night and twice on separate occasions during the middle of day, no reason why. The shower in the main bathroom could use some updating. The shower rail was not very clean. We ran out of dish soap and toilet paper which I will say was refilled quickly. There were no kitchen towels or sponges to dry hands or do dishes . The pool area was very nice and the laundry room was clean and tidy. Oh one more thing, what was with the screen door being on the inside of the unit, it made it very difficult going in and out. I'm not sure I would stay in that unit again.

Perfect location. Close to everything!
Our stay was lovely. The property grounds were well kept, pool was clean and grass and trees around were well maintained. The condo unit layout was great, and we were grateful for two bathrooms especially traveling with a baby and a teenager. The only complaint we had was the pullout sofa linens were not clean upon check in, but they have a laundry room on site which we were able to wash and dry them before using. There were a few things that needed repairing but management was quick to respond! Overall, we had a great stay.

Great communicators!
We were a family of four, evacuees from the Lahaina fire. We were desperate for a place to live. All the hotels were booked solid. I finally looked at VRBO. The realtors answered my every question quickly and before I knew it we were in a clean, comfortable condo. It was convenient to everything-a short walk to the beach and calming sunsets, Walk to grocery store, the drug store, the church and numerous restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. Thanks so much for saving us!

Great location!
The condo was in a great location for adventuring around the island! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were five beach chairs so we each had one to use and we used the cooler daily! The ice cube trays were also a plus! The lanai was a great spot to relax in the afternoon once it was in the shade. Overall the unit was quite spacious for our family of five (2 adults and three teens) We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great stay in the condo
Condo is clean and conveniently close to grocery store and beach - 3 minutes walking distance. Plenty of space for our whole family. The only improvement could be noise from AC in the bed room.

Was expecting a brighter and lighter unit from the photos posted but it was fine. The unit was clean and well stocked (beach towels, chairs, kitchen items, etc.) Beds and sofa were comfy and bathrooms clean. We didn’t have time during our stay to utilize the pool and barbecue area so I can’t say anything about that but the property overall was well kept. We would consider staying there again.

We stayed for 12 amazing days at the Kihei Gardens. Communication was great with the property manager. It was quiet, spacious and we overlooked the beautiful gardens. Location was very central and close to grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Loved sitting on the lanai every morning and evening. Heaven! We had a little plumbing issue under the kitchen sink, we emailed the property manager right away and they sent a plumber within a couple of hours to fix it right up. Great service! We would 100% book again when we return to Maui. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to come back. Mahalo, Pam

The photos of the place are accurate but what is important are the places that are not photographed. The location is not very desirable. It looks like a rundown motel 6 in a bad location. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom in the master bedroom is dirty. The towels which were supposed to be clean was dirty with hair on it. The dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes. The spices and condiments were expired and the dishes weren't clean. I would stay in a different location the next time.

Recently stayed here with my family and really enjoyed ourselves. The unit was as described. Beds were comfortable and unit was stocked with all the essentials. Fantastic location 2 mins from the beach to watch those sunsets and a great pool. The mgmt does a great job of keeping the grounds looking awesome. Would stay here again. Thanks for the great stay

Open & updated
A great condo for 3 adults & 2 young children. Having 2 bathrooms is a real plus as well as the tub for bathing the kids. The high ceiling gives it a very roomy feel. The balcony is a great gathering place & extra eating area & it overlooks the lovely green courtyard. Situated close to the pool for east access. We’ll appointed kitchen & beach toys, beach chairs & towels are provided as well as a play pen for the youngest one.

Great location but some considerations below
The location of this property is excellent, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, or the grocery store easily. Would be an awesome choice for folks willing to be without a car. Lipoa Beach is half a block away, not a super ideal swimming beach (lots of broken coral on shore) but still beautiful and shallow out to the reef. The pool in the complex is nice, partially shaded in the afternoon. Wally, the property manager, was really nice and sweet to our toddler. He also found my earring I lost in the pool! There was a pack n' play in the closet, which saved us. We left behind a toddler potty seat, for future guests. Lots of beach items are available for use like chairs, sand castle toys, beach mats, beach towels, umbrella, etc. Considerations: we were not provided more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom nor another garbage bag - which was really a waste basket bag - for the kitchen (we were there 9 days). I suppose I understand the TP situation because of COVID but the garbage bags, why? The bedding on the larger bedroom bed did not fit the mattress so my husband and I had to remake the bed every night and by morning the fitted sheets would be off again. The bed was also REALLY soft, which is not great for my back - but that's subjective. We did see ants and a cockroach, but this is life in the tropics. The management company stated in their literature they do what they can to get rid of them but its impossible to get them out of every unit 100%. Final thing, LAUNDRY is COIN OP in a shared room downstairs. You will have to pay $2-3 to wash and dry a load of clothes and they have the audacity to ask you ("If you can") to start washing the linens before you leave the unit. Why would I do that? I just paid $$$$ to stay in this unit, I think the management can pay for the laundry.
