ALOHA. Tule lomalle kauniissa, hiljattain uusitussa rantahotellissa. Nauti henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Kaho’olawen saarelle, Molokini-kraatterille, Länsi-Mauin vuorille ja tietenkin koskemattomalle Tyynellemerelle ja sen rantaviivalle. Sugar Beach on Mauin pisin hiekkaranta ja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Tarjoamme ilmaisen Wi-Fi: n, ilmaisen pysäköinnin ja iso näyttö HD-televisioita olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa.
Rantakodimme on pääteyksikkö, joka mahdollistaa entistä suuremmat esteetön panoraamanäkymä lanailtä, olohuoneesta ja ruokasalista. Master makuuhuoneessa on myös upea merinäköala. Rentoudu kahvikupillasi tai lasillisella viiniä ja nauti vuodenaikojen muuttovalaista ja upeista auringonlaskuista. Anna aaltojen äänen laittaa sinut nukkumaan joka ilta.
Kadun toisella puolella on ABC-tavaratalo, Farmer's Market ja paras Havaijin ajeltu jää ja leipomo. Olemme vain muutaman minuutin päässä Kihein keskustasta, joka tarjoaa monia vaihtoehtoja ostosmahdollisuuksiin, ruokailuun ja paikallisiin aktiviteetteihin. Just perfect!
We looooved this condo!! It’s located in our favorite building in Kihei since it sits directly facing the water. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. Communication was great. Checkin was super easy. Loved the balcony and access to the beach and pool. Definitely will stay here again. 1000% recommend!!

Amazing rental in the perfect location!
This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The location is perfect, love the bakery, shaved ice and ABC store accoss the street. The condo had everything you would need and was very clean, comfortable and had the very best sunsets! I would 1000% stay here again and rent from these wonderful owners! 5 star!

The condo was the perfect jumping off point for us on Maui close to many things we wanted to do. Amazing Vacation
My husband and I Staten in this beautiful condo for 8 days. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching amazing sunsets every evening and watching the sky light up every morning! The views are spectacular!! The canoe club next door was very fun to watch as were the turtles!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner text upon arrival and on our last day just to check in and the property manager did the same. This was simple to rent and we will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your amazing property!!

My family and I had a nice time staying in the condo. The central location made it nice for day trips. We had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have the option to walk out the door and be on the beach, go to the pool or walk across the street for shaved ice!

Great spot centrally located
We loved our time here! It was relaxing and carefree. Our activities were a quick trip away and we found it to be the perfect launching off point. The bakery across the street was extremely convenient and a delicious start to most of our days on the island. We also loved all of the Beach supplies like coolers, chairs, and snorkels that were provided for guest use. Thanks so much for a great week!

We had a great time in Maui! This condo was just as advertised! Great location on the beach. Right across the street from the best shave ice place. They had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, boogie boards! We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen was great. The place was very clean and nice decor. We enjoyed watching the canoe club every morning too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Maui.

WOW, what at GREAT Time. Let me tell you a little about where we stayed. The place was AWESOME, easy to find, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! If we were any closer, we would be WET! If you leave window open like we did you will wake up to the sond of waves rolling onto the shore and a rooster will call out to you to get up and start the day. And you want to because there is just so much to do. The place has everything you need. Kitchen has all the utensils you need stove, oven, microwave, air cooker, refrigerator. The rooms are spacious with two very nice bathrooms. You are located at a good spot on the island. Right across the street is an ABC store however, I recommend dropping off the luggage at the condo then heading back to costco which is right by the airport and a good place to refuel your rental car before leaving. Also, right next to the condo is a place to rent kayaks and stuff. If you have any boating experience, I would also recommend "Aloha Outdoors" for a boat rental. The pier is right down the road from the condo.Overall we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thanks Tiva and Susan

Quiet condo steps from beach
Property was quiet and only steps away from beach front (no highway to cross). Condo was well equipped with most items you’d need such as coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids, kitchen appliances, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The on-site property manager, Luigi and staff member Danny, were friendly and helpful. Luigi helped push our rental that died to the side of the road.

well equipped condo on a quieter stretch of beach
This was a great condo, with ocean views and super comfy king bed (I have never slept better on vacation!). It is right in front of a more sheltered stretch of beach (not super wavy) and across the street from a great little bakery and fresh produced market. If you want to be a bit away from the busier parts of Kihei, this place is great!

Perfect location
This was a perfect location for our family trip to Maui. The view was outstanding, watching whales almost every morning, walks on the beach were awesome and quick access to farmers market and ABC stores were super helpful for breakfast and snacks. The room was very clean and provided several items that are helpful when traveling like soaps, towels, and beach gear. Our family of 4 loved our stay!

Perfect for family of four!
If you’re idea of paradise is sleeping to sound of waves and long walks on quiet beach, this is it! The condo is quiet, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is fantastic with easy driving access to anywhere you wish to go and a bake shop, farmers market, shaved ice and ABC market directly across the street. Everything we tried at the bake shop was delicious; the mango cheesecake was sublime. Our visit was less than two weeks after the devastating fires in Lahaina and the owners were so helpful and gracious in sharing what they knew about the situation and offered flexibility should we need to change plans. That was greatly appreciated and we are so glad we came. While West Maui remains closed, the rest of Maui is indeed open and visitors both welcome and needed to support the local economy.

Paradise Perfect
What an amazing place to experience all that Maui has to offer. The view from the balcony was simply stunning and Maui delivers a wonder around every corner. Bonus there is a delicious bakery across the street. The serenade of ocean waves was a consistent reminder of the perfect paradise that surrounds you. Highly recommend this spot!

Best beachfront condo!
This condo is beautifully situated on a bay where you see Haleakala mountain on one side and the Maui west mountains on the other side! The beach is fabulous close to an ABC store, a bakery , fresh market, restaurants and an outrigger club. Unit 310 is a corner unit allowing great views of the ocean. The inside of this condo is the best we have ever seen. The owners have nicely furnished this two bedroom two bathroom unit paying great attention to every detail to make our stay the best. We very much appreciated the soft bathroom towels, nice bed sheets, all the utensils you would need, this unit is so well equipped and so nicely decorated that if I had a rental property, I would do it exactly the same.

This was the perfect place to stay on Maui. The views from the balcony were breath-taking and we ate many meals listening to the waves and watching the sunset. We loved our stay—so much so that I’m already dreaming of buying a unit in the building (I’ll keep dreaming)! It was perfectly situated by the beach, and having the ABC, shave ice place, bakery, and farmer’s market right across the street was a great bonus. The condo was clean, well appointed, and it had all the extras we needed like boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkels. We’d love to stay again!

2 Bedroom Condo Viewing Whales
This 2 bedroom condo was perfect with a great layout and fantastic views of the whales in action from the balcony. Our teenage daughter had her own room giving everyone space to relax. The location was great especially with the market and shaved ice across the street. It was an easy drive to other parts of the island to visit for part of the day and then we spent our afternoons enjoying the views from the condo or on the beach right in front. We had everything we needed at the condo!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home, we certainly did and would rent this lovely condo again in a heartbeat.

This was our third stay at Susan and Tiva’s beach condo – and hopefully it won’t be our last. Views are unreal. Condo is adorable. Beach is amazing – the surf is quiet and easily swimmable! The condo leaves you wanting nothing – everything is there for you. Towels, beach equipment, coolers, shopping bags…no details left behind! Being across from the ABC store is priceless – save your receipts for free gifts! The farmers market is great too! Great dips and salsas and lots of fresh fruits and veggies! As for activities…Check out ULTIMATE Whale Watch. This was our third trip out with them and it was by far the best one! Saw so many whales. We also did a luau in Lahaina. Feast at Lele. Amazing show and great venue. We also did a day trip to snorkel Molokini on the Maui Magic. Great trip – great staff! Also…a visit on the ferry to Lanai to the Lanai Cat Sanctuary is always a must for us. So. Many. Kitties. Mahalo AGAIN Susan and Tiva! We hope to be back again soon!
