Freshly remodeled throughout including a gourmet kitchen, Kamaole Sands 4-213 has been thoroughly updated to “second home” standards by its owners. Every guest convenience has been anticipated and addressed in this bright, open corner unit (more windows, more light, more privacy). The all-new kitchen features a shapely dropped ceiling with recessed lighting, quartz counters, new stainless appliances, and custom cabinets.

Smart upgrades are found throughout the unit including a thermostatically controlled split AC system, on demand hot water heater, and space saving barn doors with soft close guides. This one of a kind property will be your home base for your amazing Maui adventure. With a plush sleeper sofa, second bathroom, and spacious footprint, the condo is set up for couples and families alike.

The highly rated Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres of manicured (and marked, with identifiers) tropical gardens, directly from Kamaole III Beach, one of Maui's true postcard settings. It will take you all of three minutes to walk to the sand, warm-water swimming, and pristine snorkeling reef. Rent paddle boards and kayaks nearby and watch the whales right from the shoreline (if you visit in the winter).

The kitchen is thoughtfully and completely equipped, to prepare and serve four guests. The Master Suite has a brand-new King bed, luxury linens, and an updated bathroom. Front loading washer/dryer along with a second bathroom make this unit your home away from home. Clever details throughout the unit make this custom designed unit one to behold!

In addition to the large newly updated resort pool, there's a separate child's pool, and two Jacuzzis (one adult only). Amenities also include beautifully maintained tennis courts, a boutique fitness center, and even a Shave Ice stand on property.

The Kamaole Sands is located in the desirable southernmost end of Kihei, three blocks from Wailea and close by three of Maui's postcard beaches (including wondrous Keawakapu Beach). There are more than a dozen restaurants of every variety within 3 blocks, along with a great coffee kiosk, convenience store, local galleries, and equipment rental. South Kihei is the epicenter of Maui's amazing beach culture, and the Kamaole Sands is a true highlight of South Kihei.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Good location for family
Good fit for wife and 2 under 2. Location was safe and great access to beaches. Quality of pull out mattress is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars. I will admit that this problem is painstakingly common in the area.

Perfect spot for two
My wife and I really enjoyed the unit. Very private lanai and well equipped condo for all we needed to enjoy Maui again. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was clean and well stocked for essentials. The beach chairs and umbrella were also nice to have. Highly recommended!

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I returned to Maui to celebrate our 36year anniversary. It was great as usual. The condo was very nice and allowed for much needed R&R. We will return and use the condo again. We usually visit Maui two to three times a year. Great place to visit. Chuck

Perfect Kihei condo!
This Kamaole Sands condo was perfect for our stay in Kihei! The place was beautiful inside and out. We loved the large kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. The extra bathroom was handy. The location was great, right across from a lovely beach where we could swim, snorkel, and boogie board! Also, walking distance to great places and eat and shop. We loved going from swimming at the beach during sunset to hopping in the pool and hot tubs at Kamaole Sands! We hope this place is available for our next trip to Maui!

We absolutely loved this condo. It is renovated so beautiful. It is exactly as the pictures show. Communication was easy with the property manager. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. We truly felt like we were home away from home. One of the cleanest, well stocked, nice rentals we've stayed at. Our small family appreciated how comfortable the beds were, and the cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you need. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were much appreciated. The pool area was nice. Plenty of room and hot tubs. Only down side is you can't have balls, or play games (Marco polo) or any tricks in the pool itself. The kids didn't love that. Overall, It's an amazing condo!

This is our 5th time staying at Kamaole Sands. We usually book directly through Castle Resorts but decided to try a private listing on Vrbo instead. As usual, we loved our stay at this condo complex. It’s perfectly located to our favorite place to watch the sunset (across the street) and just down the road from our favorite beach (Keawakapu). This particular unit was excellent. You can tell a lot of care was put into its remodel. It makes you feel like you are at home. You have everything you need. I highly recommend staying at Kamaole Sands to anyone and going forward I will also recommend this property management company.

It was in a great location, close walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! The unit itself was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and very clean. End Unit with all the amenities
The only downfall was the lanai overlooks a well-traveled road where people park their run-down vehicles. Just takes away from the beauty. But the unit itself was fantastic! My son slept decently on the couch pull out which has a 3 inch thick memory foam mattress. The main bed was very comfortable and the bedding feels really nice. I do have back issues so this is always a concern for me but I had no problems at all. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a slight variety of seasonings shared from others. There were at least eight beach towels available and the cooler and chairs were absolutely handy! Definitely would recommend and stay here again. Mahalo!

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice remodel. Comfortable bed and very clean. Chairs and boogie boards came in handy with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Our favorite perk was being so close to the outdoor Webber grill right downstairs. Pull out couch was a bit lumpy and very squeaky. All in all great stay. Thanks!

Loved this place!
We have been coming to Maui for 12 years amd staying in different units at Kamoale but this by far is the best unit so far! The unit was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, it had a high top kitchen area that was perfect for us. The only problem was that we had some difficulty contacting the property Manager on the thanksgiving long weekend when an alarm went off in the unit that we couldn’t shut down. In addition we had a problem locking the patio door which again was difficult having it attended to. Once we were able to make contact and have someone attend, the problems were resolved. Clearer identification of who we needed to call would have been helpful. Overall, loved the unit.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for 2! Nice location both in complex and in Kihei, right across fron Kamaole III. Well appointed kitchen, very nice to be able to prepare meals and have the necessary tools! Very well stocked on basics to start (TP, paper towels). Loved the full-size W/D in condo. Nice beach towels and chairs available. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Mahalo!

Beautiful Oasis in Kihei!
My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in Maui and stayed at this condo and it was everything we wanted and more! The place is freshly renovated, chic, clean and perfect for a couple or small family (there is a pull out couch in the living room and 2 bathrooms). The kitchen came with pots and pans so we could cook at home when we wanted and there was a BBQ grill downstairs. The property has several pools, a gym, beautiful gardens and is right across the street from Kamaole Beach! You could catch beautiful sunsets and stargaze from the balcony every day. The location can’t be beat as you can walk to several of the best restaurants in Kihei. It is a short 5 min drive to other beautiful beaches in Wailea, a black sand beach and the famous Makena beach. South Maui also has stunning snorkeling spots including some near a lava rock beach. Todd was fantastic and made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our trip and really helped the trip feel very special. I feel spoiled now and will only stay here when I come to Maui!
