Tämä Kihei Holiday Resort -kadun toisella puolella sijaitseva Sugar Beach -rannalta on ihanteellinen 6 hengen ryhmille, jotka etsivät rentouttavaa trooppista vetäytymistä. Huoneistossa on yksityinen lanai, uima-allas ja poreallas sekä lukuisia rantoja, ja se tarjoaa kaiken tarvittavan matkan helpottamiseksi. Päivän päätteeksi täytä aurinkoisella iholla huuhteleva huuhtelu suihkussa ennen kuin astut nukkumaan. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Lisävuode löytyy käyttämällä olohuoneen ylimitoitettua queen-vuodesohvaa, jossa on 8 tuuman muistivaahtopatja.

Jos et tunne ruoanlaittoa, kävele Isana-ravintolan vieressä joidenkin sushi-viereen tai aja 5 minuuttia alas rannikolle Sansei Seafoodiin, Coconut's Fish Cafeiin tai Pai'a Fish Marketiin. Lähistöllä on paljon enemmän paikallisia ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja, kuten Ululanin Hawaiian Shave Ice ja Maui Brewing Co.

Kihein lyömättömällä paikalla on keskimäärin 10 tuumaa sadetta vuodessa, mikä tarkoittaa, että sinulla on runsaasti auringonpaistetta rantapäivinä! Vain 100 askeleen päässä kotoa on Sugarin uimaranta, jossa on yli 5 kilometriä hohtavaa hiekkaa. Myös helposti Condo ovat Baldwin Beach, Baby Beach ja Kamaole Beach Parks 1, 2 ja 3.

Great spot, has everything you need!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - and there’s even nice binoculars to watch the whales! This condo has everything you could need or want from beach toys to a blender. It is a quiet complex and everyone is friendly. We were up early every day and out until after dinner, and really only used the condo for sleeping and a nightcap before bed - but it was definitely suitable for more than we used it. Thank you so much!

Perfect location
This property was in the perfect location for all the activities we were doing. Access to the beach was 1 minute away and we used it every morning. All the beach equipment was very much appreciated - beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Very well stocked. We had a great time.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Kihei Holiday. It was a great location, the amenities were fantastic. All kitchen supplies were great quality and quantity. A beautiful beach was located right across the street which we loved. The property manager and other contacts were swift to respond to any question we had. We love staying in Kihei because we don’t like the resort areas. This felt more like a community.

The property is NOT as it is represented on the VRBO site. Unit is old, dingy and outdated; furniture, linens, towels are all worn out and need replacing. Our family of 6 were to stay for 6 days and the unit came with 1 roll of toilet paper. There were ants in the kitchen. To top things off, on our first night we were harassed by the downstairs resident who apparently has a history with Hispanic guests, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Thank you to the booking agent who was able to get us a partial refund, which we used to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of our vacation.

Wonderful location
We loved staying here! The apartment is very nice but the view and the access to the beach was our favorite part. Perfect location to grocery store, restaurant's and shops. The owner has snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, coolers and floaties available so that your beach time is fun and relaxing.

Perfect location, nice place.
Great price and a good central location to everything. It was pretty warm but cooled down at night with the fans. Perfectly stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding for 6 and probably 10-12 beach towels and 4 great beach chairs. We left a boogie-board there as theirs was broken, but we picked some up at target for $11 each. We couldn’t find the snorkel gear and food coolers but we all had our own gear and picked up a portable cooler at Target. The condo is directly across from Sugar beach which had great consistent swells for body surfing. It’s 4 minutes from a big Safeway and other shopping. It’s a very good place for the cost with a great view of the ocean and sunset!

Well Stocked Kitchen in Beach View Condo
Third story condo has gorgeous beach view sunsets. Bright, breezy condo is meticulously cleaned and well care for. Local management team (Christy) is welcoming, helpful, easy to reach. Owner has stocked the home with everything you need: large washer & dryer, hair dryer & curling iron, coffee pot, crockpot, rice cooker, toaster. The amazing closet full of beach toys, snorkels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers sold me on this rental. I rented a condo so I could cook & this condo has a high end, well stocked kitchen: an impressive amount of high quality, heavy bottom non-stick pans, baking dishes and cooking tools. I barbecued chicken at the community barbecues in the pool yard. Note to future visitors: be kind to others by washing the sand off of the snorkels & coolers you borrow at the car wash hose near front entrance.

Great quiet location
This property is very comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect! It got warm a few nights but there were fans that keep the air moving. The kitchen was really nice with everything you could need! It was a nice luxury to have the washer and dryer in the unit! The gear closet is stocked full of a lot of beach gear including toddler size life jacket and sand castle toys! Beach was very accessible. The beach itself is narrow- but TOTALLY wonderful and quiet! The pool was nice and never crowded.

Great property in perfect location
We loved our stay in this condo! Updated and clean, and the view is perfect. We loved walking right across the street for the gorgeous sunsets! It is well equipped with any sand toys/beach gear you may need. Would for sure stay here again! One thing to note if heat bothers you, the A/C works well for the main space, but the bedrooms do get hot, especially during the day. It made it a little challenging for our daughter to nap during the afternoon.

First family tropical vacation
My husband and 2 girls age, 12 and 16, stayed for a week. It was perfect for the 4 of us. My daughters refuse to sleep in same room so one took the 2nd bedroom and the other stayed on couch. The couch has a nice foam/temperapedic type mattress, super comfy. The condo has plenty of fans in all rooms. We didn’t need the A/C, the fans and breeze through the windows were enough and being there in August says a lot. 90’s everyday. Location was great for getting anywhere on island. Loved having snorkel/fins and beach chairs/ umbrella to use! Wanted to use the boogie boards but one was cracked and bendable in center and the other missing the rope so you don’t lose it, didn’t want to risk it. Kitchen well stocked, we just got our own bathroom supplies and used paper grocery bags for garbage and recycling. Very glad they have recycling on site! Also nice to have the rinse off station on site. The view was great! The manager, Paul, was really nice and welcoming. He told us best place to shop for groceries. We would stay here again!

Location great but condo could have been better
Floor was pretty dirty at check-in. Listed as having air conditioning but only the living room has an air conditioner and it is connected to a timer that will only allow it to run two hours. The bedrooms were really hot at night. There was no laundry detergent in the unit. Kitchen was stocked well and there were a lot of beach equipment in the unit as stated. Location was great and overall the area pretty quiet.

Summer vacation
Great location, sugar beach just across the street! Condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beddings. Had a closet full of beach toys, floaties, umbrella and a boogie board. However, the beach chairs were looking a tad worn and will probably need to be replaced sooner than later. The 2 weeks we stayed (5 of us), the weather in Kihea was several degrees hotter than usual (>+30 degrees Celsius) and the air conditioning was barely keeping up. Thank God there were 2 large fans we could move around and a ceiling fan in one of the rooms helped as well.

Very good overall
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the bed/room. Beds are super firm, I hate to nitpick the only thing I didn't like... But beds are important part of where you're staying on vacation! Windows are those ones with glass slats. I'm sure they're fine 95% of the year, but we came in December and it was cold a couple nights. Anyway onto the things I loved! Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need for the beach. Chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and more. Saved money in renting the beach stuff. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Beautiful view of the ocean. A few beautiful beaches 1 minute- 10 minute walk away. 6 minutes from Safeway and gas. Close to most things. Plenty to do in Kihei itself, and is also 30 minutes from Wilea/Makenna area (great beaches), 30 minutes from Lahaina (shopping), and 10-15 from Kahiluhi (airport and more shopping/food). Overall very very good experience.

Ideal for our family of four
This was an excellent location for us because, during our stay, our travels took us south to La Perouse Bay, north to the Nakalele Blowhole, east (in a roundabout way) to the Red Hill of Haleakala, and many spots in between. The condo is convenient for roaming the island and is in a fairly quiet spot, far enough from the tourist traffic of south Kihei to relax in peace but close enough to town to make a quick drive to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. From the lanai, we were treated to excellent Maui sunsets, and, later in the evenings, a clear view of Jupiter, Spica, Venus, and Arcturus. The condo was clean with comfortable beds, and it was stocked with essentials, such as towels, beach towels, cooking utensils, and dishes. Website photos were accurate. The washer and drier made it possible for us to pack super light, which made getting around through airports and the rental car lot stress-free. Having two twin beds in the kids' room reduced the hassle of getting our little ones to bed. The whisper quiet ceiling fans were perfect for keeping us cool overnight. We had a great stay, and we would stay here again.
