Toinen kerros yksikkö on tilava ilmastoitu yhden makuuhuoneen holvikatot joka on varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset nauttia rentouttavasta lomasta trooppisessa ympäristössä. Meillä on ilmainen Wi-Fi ja I-puhelin / I-pad telakka stereo on olohuoneessa, I-puhelin / I-pad telakka herätyskello makuuhuoneessa, 2 seinään kiinnitettävä LCD-TV: n, uusi 60 "LCD Smart Wi-Fi TV & Blu-ray-soitin on olohuoneessa lisätty toukokuu 2015 & 42 "LCD-TV makuuhuoneessa. Uudet makuuhuoneen kalusteet asennettiin marraskuussa 2013 makuuhuoneessa, myös avoauto queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa mukava vuodepaikkaa jopa 4 henkilöä. Yksikkö on myös täysikokoinen keittiö uusia työtasot ja pesuallas, astianpesukone, 4 levyn liesi, uudempi täysikokoinen jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Tilava Lanai on näkymä puutarhaan ja trooppinen koristeet. 4 rantatuolit, aurinkovarjo 2 boogie-levyt, hiekka linnan rakentaminen leluja lapsille, 2 rantapyyhkeet ja 1 jäähdytin tarjotaan. Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee Pohjois Kihei kadun toisella Kalepolepo rantapuistoon ja valas keskus, ranta on rauhallinen matalissa vesissä ja on täydellinen katsella auringonlaskua yli lähisaarille Kahoolawe, Molokini ja Lanai. Sugar Beach on noin 1000 "metrin päässä ja on pisin ranta Maui täydellinen pitkiä kävellä tai kiva jogs, kalastus ja aurinkoa.

Hotellilla on suuri hiljainen uima-allas, poreallas, kaasugrillit, viheriö. Hiljainen allas katettu oleskelualue on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia trooppisen saaren tuulet kun koko päivän nähtävyyksien tai ostoksia. Kaupat ja ravintolat ovat lähellä ja et lopu asioita tehdä kaikki toiminnan vaihtoehtoja Maui tarjoaa.

Quiet, safe, great location!
The property and unit was clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the condo met or exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again. Easy checkin process and parking was plentiful. Great for couples and small families.

Perfect location with everything you may need
Highlight: walking distance from the beach! So close that you could nearly see the beach & ocean from there the balcony. The area had very warm weather while we were there (mid-high 80s during the day), so keeping the windows open overnight was super helpful. In-unit washer and dryer was a game changer.

Beautiful stay
The property was easy to find from the airport. It was clean and very nice. The beach gear was really nice to have during our stay and we used it daily. There are a lot of good places near by and many beaches within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very responsive when i had inquiries and check out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except it was hot in the condo. The instructions are to turn off the AC when you go out. When you return to the unit it is hot and takes ages to get comfortable with the AC running, 2 ceiling fans and 1 floor standing fan I recommend better blinds in the bedroom to cut back on the radiating heat. As I said everything else was fabulous. Just cross the road to the beach to swim and see sea turtles or do some beach combing. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. Thank you

The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!

Great location!
We were very impressed with the accommodations of this property including the beach gear for use and the cleanliness. Our only complaint is that the window air unit was in the living room and did not send any cool air to the bedroom. Because it didn't cool done below 70s during our stay, it made for warm nights and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect!

The room was very nicely decorated in an hawaiian style interior. Very clean and updated.It comes with everything you need including washer and dryer. Bedroom could use a a/c unit it was a little on the warm side. but does have a/c in the front room. Nice place.

Our Maui Stay
It was a good experience. The free parking was good but a little challenging with the small parking spaces. The condo unit was clean, spacious and everything as advertised. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. A little pricey with the insurance and other fees but a nice place to stay for our short visit to Maui.

Some things to take care of.
I had to have Maui Condo &Homes come over and explain Spectrum streaming and tv. Instructions are not easy to follow bcuz not enough details to put in direction I suppose. Floors need to be redone with new parkay. No books or reading material. Rubber mat would help in shower/bat. My thanks to Austin and another man at Maui Condo for spending the time to explain video tv and streaming. Kathy

Great location and quiet. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the property management company was slow responding. I reported a non functioning dryer and it took them 2 days to show up. They couldn’t get it fixed before we left.

Beatiful Property Very Close To Brach
This property had everything that we needed for our stay. The unit and property are both well maintained and nicely landscaped. All guests honored the quiet hours, and we had no nuissance issues at all. If we come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location where the turtles sleep at night
Across the street is a beach with a stone wall where turtles enter to rest and escape the sharks at twilight. Don’t miss it. The apartment great. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained.I can highly recommend staying here. Nice job, Glenn!

Great condo just across the street from the beach!
Everything about this condo was great for the affordable price. The only negatives we saw was that the beach and snorkel equipment on the lanai was not in the best condition and there was no beach umbrella but it was easy and affordable for us to rent an umbrella at a nearby snorkel rental shop. We also bring our own snorkel gear when we travel but it is easy and affordable to rent whatever you need. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The only AC is a small window unit in the living room but we hardly used it (in October). We opened all the windows at night and closed windows and curtains in the day and it stayed comfortable. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware and more were all there in the condo. The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board so we had to cut veggies on a plate which was no big deal. All in all, it was very comfortable and a great location for us. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return again. Thank you!

The condo complex was quiet, with a nice hot tub/pool area. It is a short drive to public beaches with lifeguards and restaurants. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Maui Condo
Overall, our stay was great! There were a couple of issues though that could be addressed. We did lots of cooking as we prefer that to eating out every meal for a week. The microwave in this condo kicks the circuit off after a few seconds. We tried turning off the bathroom lights as they appeared to be tied to the same circuit but it did not work. I also had to buy a lighter to light the outside grill. It would have been nice to have some cleaning solution of some kind to clean up messes. Otherwise this condo is clean and in a great location!
