Isännöimme äskettäin kolme näkyvää Wailea-alueen välittäjää huoneistoihimme. He ovat yksimielisiä siitä, että 26C: llä on upeimmat merinäkymät mihin tahansa Wailea Ekahi Village -huoneistoon!

Nauti paras, mitä Mauilla on tarjolla, Wailea Ekahi Village 26-C: ssä. Äskettäin uusitussa (kesällä 2018) tilavassa huoneistossa on upeat panoraamanäkymät koko Mauin etelärannikolle ja offshoresaarille molemmista makuuhuoneista, olohuoneesta ja ruokasalista sekä kaikista kolmesta yksityisestä lanaasta! Nauti cocktaileja katsellessasi upeaa Mauin auringonlaskua tai havaitsemalla rypälevaaleja, jotka rikkovat valaanpitokautta.

Toisen kerroksen yksikkömme on tilavat - niissä on yli 1 500 neliömetriä asuintilaa ja Lanai-tilaa. Makuuhuoneet ovat ylimitoitettuja, ja jokaisessa huoneessa on valtava pukeutumistila ja runsaasti kaappitilaa. Parhaan yksityisyyden takaamiseksi wc- ja suihkutilat on erotettu pukeutumisalueesta ja turhuista. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on uusittu täysin kesällä 2018, ja niissä on suihkukaappi. Makuuhuoneissa on oma terassi, josta on näkymät merelle ja puutarhaan. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, kun taas toinen makuuhuone voidaan varustaa joko yhdeksi king-vuodeksi tai kahtena kaksosena, mikä luo monipuolisuutta perheille. Huomaa, että olohuoneen sohva muuntuu myös vuodesohvaksi, ja yksikkö on myös varustettu täysikokoisella futonilla - jolloin huoneisto mahtuu kuusi mukavasti.

Yksikössä on avoin, hiljattain uusittu, täydellinen keittiö kaikilla uusilla laitteilla. Kaikissa asuintiloissa on upouusi mattoja ja koko huoneisto on juuri maalattu ja varustettu uusilla ovilla. Ruokasali on varustettu uudella, tummalla puupöydällä, johon mahtuu kuusi. Olohuoneessa sijaitsevat urheilusaari-tyyliset huonekalut, valtava ikkuna, josta on upeat merinäkymät, iso, taulu, seinälle asennettu televisio, viihdejärjestelmä ja nopea internetyhteys (ilmainen vieraiden käyttöön). Olohuoneesta avautuu lanai, josta on laajat merinäkymät; Lanai on lasipöytä ja tuolit, jotka tekevät mahtavasta ruokailuvaihtoehdosta, sekä helppokäyttöisen sähkögrillin.

Muita ominaisuuksia ovat erilliset ilmastointilaitteet asiakkaidemme mukavuudeksi olohuoneessa sekä molemmat makuuhuoneet, lukuisat kattotuulettimet koko huoneistossa ja upouusi (vuoden 2017 loppupuolella) pinottu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Ekahi 26-C sijaitsee muutaman sekunnin kävelymatkan päässä yhdestä Ekahi Village -kylän neljästä uima-altaasta. Näyttävä pääallas, paviljonki ja aidattu sisäänkäynti rannalle ovat noin 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä yksiköltä.

Lomakeskuksemme sijaitsee meren rannalla Keawakapu Beachillä, joka on yksi Etelä-Mauin todellisista helmistä. Se on pitkä rapeuttava kultainen hiekkaranta, turvallinen uimiseen suurimman osan ajasta, ja sillä on hyvin yksityinen luonne, koska rannan tuntumassa on vähän kaupallisia kiinteistöjä. Aivan Ekahi Village -hotellin eteläpuolella on 1. 5 mailin pituinen rantakatu, joka kulkee Wailea-lomakeskuksen koko pituudella - erinomainen aamu- tai iltakävelylle, sähkökävelylle tai vakavalle juoksulle! Promenade vie sinut ohitse neljä upeaa kultahiekkarantaa ja useita Wailea-Makenan alueen viiden tähden lomakohteita.

what a view!
This unit has such a great location. Easy access to several pools and the beach. It was lovely to sit on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the whales. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Could use an upgrade. Bath tile and caulk dirty. Replace carpet with tile in living room. Touch up paint finishes. Replace damaged TP holder. Upgrade and modernize LR furniture. In conclusion, a good experience with ok value. Upgrades would make it excellent value.

The Perfect Home Away from Home!
Truly splendid! The 2 bedroom condo is upstairs with ocean view (of Molokini & West Maui) from all 3 private balconies. Each sunset has been memorable and breathtaking. The home is well equipped and spacious. The owner is most gracious and accommodating. We have been to Wailea for over twenty years and will stop searching now as Ekahi 26C is our favorite home away from home. We hope to return here for years to come.

Million dollar view and beautiful beach
Jim was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with, and very thorough with tips for things to do and restaurant recommendations. This condo had everything we needed for our Maui vacation. It was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and even had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the main balcony several evenings. The beach was about a 5-8 minute walk, but with the wagon provided, we could load our beach chairs and cruise right over to the beach access. The beach was perfect with soft sand and gentle waves. We saw multiple sea turtles! The grounds around the Ekahi Village were beautifully landscaped and peaceful. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches in Wailea and Kihei. We'd love to return someday.

Great stay in Wailea
You can't beat the location of this property, Wailea is a wonderful area to stay in Maui. The ocean views off the main patio are sweeping and fantastic. This condo has a nicely updated kitchen and showers. There is a good amount of space in the condo and I think it could comfortably hold up to six people assuming the couch pulls out, which I don't know. Jim sent detailed instructions with recommendations for beaches and restaurants which was helpful. Jim answered all my emails in a very timely manner and was very friendly. We didn't have any issues while staying in the condo. Some things to note about the condo and the community. First, Okolani is a busy street and you will hear a lot of noise if you are on the patio, but it is very quiet with the doors shut. The condo overlooks a maintenance area where the staff stores golf carts and there can be noise from that, too. Jim desperately needs to get rid of the carpet which is old and stained and a weird choice in a beach house. The linens are old and threadbare and would have long since been relegated to rags at my house. Most of the linens had stains which is not pleasant. But I would say the biggest issue with this condo is the curtains, which are nearly sheer. The curtains are absolutely see through at night which is very disconcerting. Because of the layout of the main bedroom there is no place private to change except by squeezing yourself into the shower/toilet room. And bring a sleep mask because the light coming through in the morning is blinding. The same curtains are in the other bedroom, but the bathroom layout is more private. Looking at the map this condo looks fairly close to the ocean and main pool. Know that it takes several minutes to walk down to the beach and you are left to your own devices to find the quickest way because there is not a path. To walk down to the beach you will use stairs, stepping stones and walk on uneven ground. And when I say down, that is literal. When you come back from the pool or beach it is a steady uphill climb. When you are laden with chair, umbrella and beach bag it takes a decent amount of stamina and physical effort, so be aware of that. There is a small quiet pool pretty close to the condo. We used the main pool once and it was bath water warm which some people like and some won't. Overall we had a good experience at this condo but there are small changes Jim could make to make it even better. I would stay here again.

We can't wait to go again.
This is our 3rd time staying in this complex, our 1st time in this condo and I would do it again. The views from each lanai are beautiful. It's a great space for entertaining, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and still being together. The condo is very well supplied with a full kitchen of dishes and utensils, extra toiletries under the bathroom sinks (probably left from other tenants but still helpful), several bath and beach towels, three body boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even a few condiments and spices/herbs in the kitchen. With air conditioners in each room you can cool down your space as needed quickly. Location wise it's a bit of a trek to the family pool and beach but really not a problem. We did it multiple times a day, it's a good downhill/uphill workout and you don't leave the property to get there. There is a quiet pool and barbeques close by. Our family has been staying in this complex for over 20 years because you can't beat the location and value.

Spacious condo with a great view
We really enjoyed our stay at Jim’s condo! It is very spacious and my husband and I and our three teens never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the living room, kitchen, and lanai was stunning, especially during sunsets! It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use (boogie boards as well but we didn’t use them). It’s a little walk to the beach, but it is through the property and there’s a pool near the condo as well. The beach is one of the best in Maui – large and beautiful, with an area to snorkel. The Cove with beginner surfing is just a two minute drive away.

Owner was very helpful leading up to our stay since we were meeting our daughter and our fourteen month old granddaughter. The unit has great views to the ocean and the sunsets were wonderful. The surrounding grounds were superbly landscaped and maintained. Location relative to the beach is the best. Would stay again if looking for a place in this area.
