Mauian kuninkaallinen kompleksi ja huoneisto on yksi parhaimmista ja toivottavimmista paikoista, koska asunnot ovat suuria ja valtameren edessä sijaitseva monimutkainen sijainti. Huoneisto on varustettu kaikella, mitä haluaisit / tarvitset lomaltasi, täysin varustetusta keittiöstä, pesukone / kuivausrummusta, TV, elektroniikka, silitysrauta / -lauta, rantavälineet, ilmainen internet, liinavaatteet jne. Pohjakerroksen suuri lanai on upein paikka katsella valaita kauden aikana, eturivin istuimia, nauttia Mauin uskomattomista auringonlaskuista tai vain istua ja nauttia juomia ja kirjaa. BBQ-grillit ovat paikan päällä keittämään tuota suurta ateriaa. Iso valtameren äärellä sijaitseva uima-allas, joka sijaitsee rakennuksen edessä lähellä merta, on yksi parhaimmista paikoista R & R: lle päivinä, jolloin haluat imeä Mauin aurinkoa. Great location, nice place

The location was just great. A really nice beach with nice snorkeling at the beach just north of the condo. Being on the first floor, you can jwalk out to this beautiful manicured lawn that leads to the beach. They have a convenient hose to wash the sand off your feet. Lots of shopping right across the street. The place isn't luxurious, but it is comfortable, nice, and everything works and is clean. If you are focused on great location, without worrying about everything being updated, but still nice and clean, this is a great place to stay at when visiting Maui.

First off, great location. Beach access, whale watching, restaurants are all right there. The place itself needs some serious cleaning. The kitchen cupboards are in desperate need of painting. The furniture is old and tired. I do think they have new beds which are very comfortable just old sheets etc. Just needs a little love. The location makes up for the "not so fabulous" insides.

Unit 107 visit

This unit is on the ground floor and makes walking to the beach a breeze. The master bedroom closet smelled like mold and there was a black folding chair that was covered in mold. The carpet was damp from sand toys and so we spent the week airing it out and keeping windows open. If the owner can afford to remove the carpet in the closet this would eliminate this problem of bad smell in the master bedroom. We appreciated the boogie boards that were available to play in the waves.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful visit to Kihei over the holiday! The location of this condo could not be better. Christmas morning we snorkeled right outside the steps of the condo and swam with 7 turtles! The Royal Mauian is in a perfect location...steps away from Kam 1 and Kam 2 beaches and plenty of cute stores and restaurants right across the street. Kathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had pre- trip and while we there. As stated by others, the condo needs a good amount of updating, but in the end, we were there to enjoy the outside activities.

Perfect Condo

There is no better location in Kihei than the Royal Mauian, and this condo was perfect for us. It was the first time we were stayed on the 1st floor and it has it’s cons (can’t sleep with sliders open) but the pros were well worth it: extended living space with patio opening up to lawn; sunset views; walk to sand in minutes. The condo was very clean and well supplied with beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, bath towels, bedding for hide-a-bed, and other necessities. Other reviews commented on the outdated kitchen, which seems so silly to me. We stashed our Costco snacks, stored drinks in fridge, made our own coffee and ice. Well equipped with bowls, plates, cups, and silverware. The couch wasn’t the comfiest and the porch light is on a sensor which required us getting up and waving it back on every 10 minutes, but it’s a rental and we didn’t mind. Both bathrooms were pristine, beds all comfortable, our needs all met. The property manager was quick and friendly with response when we had Wi-Fi issues (we were given wrong signin info on confirmation checkin sheet. Correct info was found on kitchen info paper) We would totally stay here again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with out-of-towners. My family of 6 had an amazing Hawaiian visit.

Beautiful view

Property is fantastic overall, the rooftop BBQ area is wonderful, the condo itself could use a serious updating, it appears to have the original counters and cabinets, the master bathroom and shower have been nicely updated . Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Disappointed!

We are familiar with the Royal Mauian and this unit definetly does NOT meet this resorts high standards! I doubt it's been updated since it was build in 1973! The particle board kitchen cabinets/drawers were disgusting, the tile floors were sticky & have not been professionally cleaned in years, towels and linens were well worn, as well as pots and pans. The TV in the master bedroom did not work, every piece of furniture has seen better days, extension cords power three areas in the unit! Our family rented 4 different units this trip, we all payed very similar rates. The unit I rented was embarrassing, it was so run down. I would NOT recommend this unit. The Royal Mauian, though, is meticulous--just not this unit.

This location and proximity to the beach is amazing. Sunsets on the patio every night. There were a few issues with cleanliness but the property managers were quick to get back to us. Thank you!!

Best sunsets

We loved our stay! Not only because it's Maui, but the walk out suite was perfect for our small kids to have easy access to a safe place to run around outside. That makes the space feel that much bigger, especially if bringing 6 people to stay. We didn't see the fine print that only a start up amount of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and laundry soap is provided, and so bring some tabs from home if you don't want to buy an expensive pack in Hawaii! That aside, our two and four year old boys saw so many turtles at the Kamaole beach 1! They couldn't be more stoked!

Good place at a great price! Best view!

Almost everything in this apartment is (or at least looks) 20+ years old but it's all kept up in very good working order. The view was incredible access to one of the best beaches beach was 200 ft away .

Great Location

Location was AMAZING on ground level with view of beach. Condo was smaller than I expected, especially bathrooms. Next trip I will pay a little more for a condo with AC and KING bed.

One Step Out Into Paradise

Being on the ground floor made the ocean an extension of our living space! The green space, the ocean, the abundant sea creatures to watch, the beach and the location on the Maui island made this VRBO extremely pleasant. Our family of four had the best time in Hawaii. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. The beach was fabulous. The only thing I didn't realize is that there is no AC in this unit. However, if you keep the windows open, the cross breeze is enough. Aloha!

Beautiful property

The location, the property, the view were simply fabulous. The unit provided everything we needed for beach fun, at home cooking and relaxing on the deck. Although the condo is not large, it was more than adequate as most of our time was spent either at the pool, relaxing on the grassy field in front of the unit or strolling and playing in the water which was just a few steps away. We saw whales and turtles each day. Although the were oh so close, we wish we had binoculars. The only complaint was that there was no soap to wash the towels. Management asked us to do a load before we left. Also the clothes dryer took literally 2 hours to dry the towels. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Loved it

The location is awesome. You walk out the back door to grass. There’s a pool to your left and the beach to your right. The rental had everything we needed with 4 kids ranging from 12-17. They had boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs. It’s dated but clean and functional. Going in July it was a little warm without AC but it did have a good breeze usually with the windows all open. Best bonus was it came with a personal concierge service (like a travel agent for excursions). Donna was amazing and helped plan the best trip for my family. We had a great trip and I would definitely stay there again.

A great location

The view, a short walk to beach, turtles swimming most mornings right out your door all add up to a fun time for us and are songs family. I was a little nervous renting after reading some of the reviews but it turns out in our opinion the concerns were over stated. We open the windows front and back to feel the nice ocean breeze and never had a problem with musty smell or a need for a/c. there is a shopping area across the streets with easy access to good food choices. We are looking forward to staying here again when we can have are other children join us.

We've stayed at the Royal Mauian many times since our first visit in the early 80s. We love it! This unit had a fabulous location. Being on the ground floor is so convenient, especially when you have children. Another plus was the unit had lots of kid toys. They even had boogie boards! This unit however, does need some work. Unfortunately there is a musty odor that pervades the unit. I think it is from the furniture. It was especially noticeable when sitting on the couch. The carpet in the bedroom is old and should be replaced. Bathrooms are in need of an update as well. Actually I guess the whole unit needs updating, refurbishing. It could be really fabulous! We still loved our time here, we spent most of our day at the beach or pool. There are shops and places to eat right across the street.
