Let's start this review off with first impressions. The property is very accurately described and represented in the listing. The room was clean and organized, with ample space to move about. It was also well-stocked with kitchen necessities, as well as a small amount of laundry-related necessities.
Beyond first impressions, the condo felt very homey. For evenings/mornings, there are not one, but two decently sized televisions. It's been my experience that most of these rental condo's tend to have tiny tv's set too far from the comfortable seating, so this was definitely nice. The air conditioning seemed to work pretty well, as the condo never really felt warm. The shower was a full-sized walk-in shower, which is way more comfortable than the stall-style showers you sometimes see. The condo also had some folding lawn/beach chairs, plenty of towels, and throw blankets for comfort.
The view from the window and balcony was awesome. This was particularly true for sunset, when you could have dinner on the balcony while you watch the sun end it's day. When the breeze kicks up in the evening, you could open the window and the patio door for some welcome fresh air and ocean ambiance.
That leads me to my last and final notable positive: the property itself. The property has it's own pool. which is well-maintained and clean. It has a lawn area with plenty of lawn chairs, in case you wanted to relax in the sun but not have to deal with the sand. That lawn area has an adjacent picnic and grill area so you can have outdoor meals if you desired. The beach was never crowded, which allowed anyone who was interested plenty of room to hangout and not feel like people were stacked on top of each other.
All in, all this was a great unit that allowed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It also really helped that the property management is very good at communicating with you prior to and during your stay (should you need help during your stay).
