Kiitos, että harkitsit merinäköalamme huoneistoamme paratiisissa! Meidän huoneisto on Kamaole Beach Park II: n vastapäätä G-rakennuksessa Maui Banyan Resortin eteläpuolella. G-rakennus on halutuin, koska se on lähinnä rantaa olematta aivan tien vieressä.

Meidän "G" huoneisto on kolmas kerros, 2 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpy yksikkö. Huoneistossa on täysin varustettu, kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu keittiö. Ylelliset travertiinilaatat ympäröivät suihkut. Kolmella vaihtovirtalaitteella ja kolmella kattotuulettimella tämä uusittu huoneisto pitää sinut viileänä ja mukavana koko päivän. Mukavat king- ja täysikokoiset vuoteet antavat sinulle rauhallisen unen hauskan päivän jälkeen. Peitetyt huvimajat ja BBQ-grillit uima-altaan äärellä tarjoavat hauskan ja rentouttavan trooppisen juhlan. Maui Banyanin trooppinen maisemointi, jossa on majesteettisia palmuja, paratiisin lintuja ja bambulehtoja, ympäröi lomakeskusta ja sen kahta uima-allasta ja poreallasta. Tenniskenttä pitää takakäsisi top-top-muodossa ollessasi paratiisissa! Se on todella loistava paikka yöpyä ilman huippuluokan lomakohteiden korkeatasoisia maksuja.

Wonderful!!
It was perfect for us. We loved our balcony view and ate breakfast there every morning. Close walking distance to our favorite restaurant and the ocean with great snorkeling was across the street. We got a condo with two rooms. We thought the second door was locked but pushed hard and it opened. The place was clean and beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Well worth it!

Pretty clean, although the cleaning lady was still there when we arrived a little past 4 pm. We had texted the host asking if they can let us know when the room was ready because we were hoping to check in a little earlier, but we never got a response back. Next, the parking spot was not reserved, which wasn’t a huge problem but still disappointing. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome gifts, however the box of chocolates was expired and moldy. Additionally, the beach umbrella was broken and unusable, but we did use the two beach chairs. We also found ants and a cockroach on the stovetop, so overall can use some improvement.

Great location
The location was fantastic, the pool was nice, great balcony views, the property was older but still pretty good. It was clean but it was almost as if the cleaning person left in the middle and left their things on the counter. There were not the things listed in the listing (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc) and the property manager said he would contact his cleaning person but we never heard back. If those things were the only issues it would be fine but I also tried to change our dates before the 50% refund period was over and didn’t hear back until I reached out again- still haven’t seen a 50% refund on those dates. Lastly, there was a horrible chemical smell that caused us to go to another hotel for a night in the middle which was expensive and a huge hassle. Overall, if you don’t mind buying your own toilet paper and don’t plan to change your dates, this is a lovely place.

The condo was clean and well-equipped! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the beach right across the street (the provided chairs, umbrella and boards were perfect!). This condo is very clean and comfortable for four people. It is very nicely appointed with all the necessities for home cooking in the kitchen. Roomy bathrooms and bedrooms, plus very comfortable seating in both the dining and living areas, and a nice balcony with pleasant views as well Many extra touches were appreciated, like boogie boards, and new beach chairs and umbrella. Great beaches and good food are easy walking distance. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive to our questions and resolved our minor issues quickly. Overall terrific experience.

The condo is in a great location with pretty grounds, the layout of the condo is great, and the host was very responsive when i notified them that there were missing supplies. Unfortunately, the condo is very outdated. The air conditioners were dirty, the linens were very worn, the knives were so dull i was unable to cut pineapple or mango without crushing it, the ceiling fans were intermittent, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I know Maui is expensive (i grew up in the islands and saved for a year to bring my son to Maui to show him where i grew up) but the price is high for this condo.

We bought before the devastating August 2023 wildfires, but so glad we went! We were delighted by the location, amenities, and walkability. A wrinkle at check-in was promptly and easily addressed by telephone. The host was very responsive to report of a running toilet. We were very pleased to have flexibility on check-out timing. This condo is located on the other side of the street, right next to a beautiful beach. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo was very well equipped with beach amenities. All you would need in a kitchen is there. The pool was very nice and the barbecues were always clean. The condo was also very clean when we arrived. I strongly recommend this place!

Great place for a family
Overall the condo was great for our family of 5; condo complex was quiet and had great views, easily walk to the beach and food spots, space of the condo was adequate for a family, beds were comfy. Took off a star because the Wi-Fi was awful, the beach gear (boogie boards & chairs) were super beat up so we just bought stuff to use instead, it would have been nice to have a vacuum and mop…definitely recommend grabbing some cleaning spray or Clorox wipes since there aren’t cleaning supplies, also the assigned parking spot wasn’t worth the hassle (cement wall on one side and cement pillar on the other so we couldn’t park in the spot and open our doors - we just parked on the roof instead). Great place to stay with a family, we had a nice getaway.

This property was in a great location. We are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping! The garden view from the unit is beautiful and it never gets the sun on it to make it too hot. There are two swimming pools to choose from if one is crowded. Our place was clean. We had a hiccup with the garbage disposal and the owner was great to help us figure out how to fix it. I will definitely be back!
