Kamaole Sands Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands has 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ/outdoor dining area.
Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
A one-time resort fee of $41.67 will be paid to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes access to amenities: pool, tennis, BBQ areas, complimentary Maui News newspaper. A $30 registration fee is also paid upon checking in.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited.
During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
