The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the security lock on the inside of my door didn't work. I notified the hotel manager at the desk, who sent someone up to fix it. After several unsuccessful tries, it was still not working. No one offered, but I did not wish to gather up my things and move rooms - I was only there for one night. I pushed a chair and a stool behind the door to block it and went to bed. The next morning, when I asked the manager if they would discount my room due to the issue, I was informed that since I had "said it was fine" that they would not offer any refund/discount for the fact that the door was unable to be locked.
