Klassinen OBX- Semi Oceanfront-One Level

Pikku helmi on klassinen Outer Banks -mökki, joka on lepää Kill Devil Hillsissa vuodesta 1954. Tämä suloinen puolivaltameren rannalla sijaitseva koti sijaitsee aivan "rantatietä" pitkin erittäin helpon pääsyn rannalle kadun toisella puolella ja erinomaisella paikalla suositussa Kill Devil Hills -kaupungissa. Perfect for family getaway
Keyless entry means no keys to worry about keeping safe on the beach. Beach access is right across the street. Walking distance to a local bar/restaurant makes dinner easy. Grocery stores within 5 minutes drive. Plenty of games to enjoy family game night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!

Little pearl
This was the second time we’ve stayed here! With 2 different owners, and WOW! Everything was as it should be. Very clean and decorated with a whimsical beach vibe!! Definitely worth it and would recommend.

The Little Pearl is a true gem! Extremely clean and well kept. Every convenience you need in the kitchen too. Great location, very short walk to the beach. We loved staying here and plan to return. Close to all activities and stores too. Providing linens and towels made it very easy to pack. Washer/Dryer a plus too! Thank you!

Most Precious, Memorable "Little Pearl"
The "Little Pearl" of OBX was retro 50's style and so cute, it reminded us of houses we grew up in. We also liked the fact that it had lots of room and NO stairs to climb! We had a fabulous time staying there!

Adorable beach house!
A total of 5 of us stayed at the beach house over Labor Day weekend and it was adorable and very clean. We were driving and hanging out on the beach for the majority of the trip and didn’t use the house much, but it was decorated so nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of space with 2 living rooms and nice front porch. Outdoor shower was a bonus! Property host was quick at responding and so accommodating.

Great Little House Right Across from the Beach
We had an awesome time at The Little Pearl. This house is full of character and has everything you would need. My kids are 5 years old one under 1 year, so we had to temporarily baby-proof some of the decor, but that was no big deal. There is a lot of stuff in the house and it's all kind of funky and Bohemian which was fun. The house is surprisingly large feeling with the bedroom around the back. The beds and sheets are pretty standard rental stuff so I would recommend bringing your pillows and sheets if that's important to you. Again, nothing wrong with them, just standard rental service items. Kitchen is well equipped with what you would need to prep some meals for the week. The only thing I would recommend adding would be a tea kettle for the stovetop. There is a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee for the coffee drinkers. The house is literally across the street from the beach and a beach access which is great. We went in the middle of summer, right before Fourth of July, and the beach was never too crowded at the beach access in front or the one on the next block in front of Goombays. The location is ideal for beach road activities like walking to Goombays or a short drive to all the ice cream and burger shacks. The only downside to being on the beach road is that you are on the beach road, so it does get a little noisy when you're out front. In the house, you don't hear too much traffic and our kids slept great in the house. Laundry is in the garage and we used it a number of times which was nice to have. There is a beach wagon in there and some toys and stuff too as well as a charcoal Weber kettle grill. We loved the place, it had everything you need for the beach and I wish we went back in the day when it was built and the condos and mega-houses weren't around, haha.

The perfect beach cottage!
Steps to public beach access. Wonderfully decorated. Well-appointed. Fun games. When the washer broke, it was fixed within the week. Two car garage to store beach chairs and toys, with an outdoor shower for rinsing the sand. Charcoal grill. Great for a small group.

So clean and easy access to beach
This property was very clean and perfect for a small family get away. Beach access was so close. Only downfall was that walking path was just the shoulder of the road, where further down south it is separate from the road. We had use of the garage and there were beach items in there we used which was very helpful.

Excellent Beach Rental
We loved this house as soon as we arrived. The photos really don't do the size of the rental justice. There are two main living room areas, a children's room with two twin beds, a spare bedroom, master bedroom and two bathrooms. The decor is spot on, and it is conveniently located right across the street from a public beach access. There a very good restaurant about 5 houses down and a Publix and several other stores about a block away. We will be back for sure.

Perfect house in a perfect location!
This house is absolutely perfect for a family! It’s much bigger than it looks with plenty of space which was great for my husband, 2 teenagers, and 11 year old. The location is directly across from public beach access as well as local restaurants. I can’t begin to explain how cute it’s decorated! It’s a vintage beach style that is just perfect! The washer and dryer was so convenient. We came home with clean clothes to just put away. The house comes stocked with plenty of dishes and everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again!
