We loved staying at this property! The decor was beautiful, which is why I picked it, but everything about it was perfect for our family. This was our first time in Killington, and the location was great. It’s right along the main road, so it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the ski resort. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for us, with three kids under 12. They slept on the bed in the main living area, and one slept on the couch.
The master bedroom was wonderful! The bed is memory foam, so it was super comfortable. There were at least four pillows on each bed, and two extra blankets. The bathroom is fantastic too. We loved the multiple shower head feature! The vanity doesn’t have a lot of counter space, but it does have two large drawers, which can hold all of your things. There were four sets of towels and wash cloths in each bathrooms. They also supplied soap, shampoo, lotion, Kleenex, and extra toilet paper.
The kitchen has most things you need to cook with, but I always like to bring a few of my favorite things with me just in case. It has pots, pans, colander, knives, peeler, measuring cups, pizza cutter, cooking utensils, toaster, Keurig, mixing bowls, cutting board, and other things I’m forgetting. I don’t think it had baking dishes though. I used a wire tray with tinfoil to bake on. They supplied sponges, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods, which was nice. I brought a few tea towels from home, which worked well for drying dishes, instead of using paper towels. They also have two ice trays, because the ice maker is not hooked up. The water there has a lot of minerals, which they tell you about. We bought a bag of ice, and I made ice with bottled water as well. The dishes are white Corelle, so they are microwaveable. I think it’s a set of eight, so it could be handy to have some paper plates, if you don’t want to wash as much.
The large island has four cute barstools, and is perfect for serving snacks, or meals for four. We also ate a few dinners at the dining table. There is really only seating for five at the table, with three chairs and a bench that seats two.
The WiFi and TVs worked great too! Everyone had devices hooked up, and we never had a problem. The TV had a Firestick with tons of different streaming options.
The Sunup Bakery was amazing, and pizza from iPie was great too! Teppanyaki at Sushi Yoshi was pretty good, and kids enjoyed the show.
