Tämä Havaijilainen teemalla sijaitseva järvetalo sijaitsee Texas Hill Country -alueella kauniilla vakiosuuntaisella LBJ-järvellä. Sillä on oma venelaituri ja runsaasti avointa rantaaluetta, josta on upeat näkymät. Hyvin käyttäytyvät lemmikit ovat tervetulleita tähän taloon!
Makuuhuone talon edessä on suuri, runsaasti tilaa. Toinen huone on sali, joka sijaitsee hallin vastapäätä päällikköä kohti, ja siinä on kerrossänky. Kolmas makuuhuone on talon takana, ja siihen pääsee vain kävelemällä den-alueen läpi. Se on erittäin suuri ja siinä on king-size-vuode sekä 2 kerrossänkyä. Kaikki makuuhuoneen kalusteet ovat uusia ja erittäin mukavia. Hotelli sijaitsee Rio Vista Resort & RV Park -puistossa, ja se sisältää lomakohteen mukavuuksia, kuten uima-altaan, porealtaan, vesitrampoliinin ja paljon muuta.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake LBJ. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Older Home but Nice
We had good access to the lake. If we’d had our own boat or had rented one, the dock could use some work. It was ok to sit on and relax. The house was well supplied with bed linens, typical bath items and well supplied kitchen. However the kitchen had no towels or pot holders. We enjoyed the pool at the resort and had it mostly to just our extended family of 13. Overall we had a good time.

Enjoyed overall, home needed some repairs. Ceiling leaked, contacted maintenance nothing done. Interacted with resort staff, front office staff mid aged woman was nice, older woman could have been friendlier. My family was questioned when we entered pool by “maintenance man and his wife” if we were staying at resort. Most definitely because of our brown skin. Neighbors not too friendly.

Not recomended
Needs lots of fixing before it can be rented. Carpet ripped, and stained, roof leaking in two different areas, lower bunk bed falling to a side, blind broken, curtain rod fell. We will not recomend to anybody, and expect the owners to give us a refund.

Not what was advertised
The pictures did not match what was on Vrbo. There was not a dishwasher(it stated there was), the grill was disgusting we actually had to go out and buy grilling utensils - a brush, spatula, etc. and deep clean it before we used it, it was a trailer park, not a resort, it stated a fenced in yard, there was a fence, but it only covered one side, stated pet friendly but really wasn’t our dogs had a very difficult time with the uneven stairs outside and the “yard” was full of feces. Will never be staying at this “resort” again. Price for this place is set way too high.

The location was great the house was right on the water with a private dock. The house was clean and spacious but you can tell it looks like they are in the middle of renovations. The bathroom in the hall was in poor repair. Other than that it was a nice stay, the furnishings were nice as well. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Overall a great place to stay!
My family and I had a great time!! The only drawbacks we had were stairs leading down to the dock. They were hard for the seniors to go up and down. The bunk beds were shaky and squeaky, and some of the appliances were not clean. But we still enjoyed our stay!! 🙂

Fabulous Location/Property Could Use Some Updating
Cannot get better waterfrontage. Nice camp with nice people. The dogs were a bit of a problem because the fencing is not completely dog proof. Others were right about the gate--it has some screws that will get you if you are not careful. Very clean house--could actually be awesome if some updating went into it. No dishwasher other than I myself. Ha. Ha.

Nice place, fun, clean.
Four stars because of nails sticking out of the dock. Also be careful of going through the gate in the back yard. There are several screws sticking out of the gate and I ripped a hole in my shorts and cut my leg on one. Other than that it was a great stay. ☺️

Home was nice and we enjoyed the stay the dock needed some care. It had nails that were sticking up I advised management and they advised they would take care of the problem. Overall review of the home was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone
