The room was great since it had a nice area to do some work, a comfortable bed, the entertainment sustem was nice complete with Netflix. Also the fully appointed kitchenette was appreciated. Finally, the Front Desk staff was very helpful to me today since I had an online meeting that extended past the 11 am checkout. My checkout was extended to noon and was able to attend and participate in the meeting. This was a great experience an̈d I am planning on staying here when I am back in Kingston in October

The room was nice. The suite had a sitting area, a full kitchen, then there was a queen bed and a TV. The bathroom was a good size. The outside property was great. There was a large grassy area, behind the property, where kids could kick the ball; a grill; and a nice seating area. My only drawback was the breakfast. It was a buffet; poorly executed. It took about an hour of waiting in line to get to the end where one waffle machine was situated. The food - hot (egg sandwiches), bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and juice. Unfortunately, they kept running out of items, so there was quite a bit of asking staff to replenish and then waiting. I went for breakfast around 9:30 today and was told they ran out of food at 9. Just, not well executed. Overall, nice hotel. We’d consider staying there again.
