My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at Neita's Nest in mid May as part of our travels around Jamaica and had a very pleasant time.
Michelle, the owner of Neita's Nest, was fantastically helpful from beginning to finish. Michelle sat down with us on more than one occasion and spoke to us about Jamaica, it's history, culture and where to go whilst in Kingston, which was brilliant, especially if you want to try and have a more authentic experience and learn a little about the country. Michelle also helped arrange a food tour for us, which was interesting.
The rooms were more than adequate and clean, whilst one of the highlight of the stays was the fresh local breakfast made for us and served out front on the veranda. The coffee is also one of the best we've had!
In terms of location, the property is situated towards the top of a mountain, which is an interesting, very steep, drive if you do decide to hire a car, yet the views are pleasant. It took us 20 - 30 minutes to get down in to Kingston, outside of rush hour times and it took over an hour to get to Norman Manley airport.
Overall, for the price and the cultured experience provided by Michelle, I'd strongly recommend this B&B to travellers visiting Kingston.
