Beautifully located within a one-minute stroll of Seapoint Beach, this lodge in Kittery Point offers a sense of contemporary style, open living, and modern comfort that you won't easily find elsewhere. This ocean-view property features elements of richly hued wood and natural stone throughout. The great room is cavernous yet comfortable, allowing you to admire the surrounding foliage through floor-to-ceiling windows, gather around the dining room table for homemade meals with loved ones, and settle in on the sectional. After days spent searching for seashells on the adjacent beach, you'll come home to the comfort of air-conditioning, a built-in gas grill on the tree-lined patio, and a cozy media room with a big-screen TV for movie nights.

To reach Seapoint Beach, you need only turn right at the end of the driveway and walk for one minute down the road. You'll also be immediately north of Crescent Beach and two miles east of central Kittery Point on the Piscataqua River. Pick up some fresh local lobster for dinner at Chauncey Creek Lobster Pier, one mile west. You'll also be ideally located for side trips to charming downtown Portsmouth, York, Ogunquit, and the legendary antique shops of Wells.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
