After reading the reviews online, I was hesitant about booking at this location. I thank God that I ignored the reviews and booked anyway. This location is a hidden gem that offers so many different activities for family, and the Staff(Amanda) was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. From the I door heater pool that includes a water slide, to the daily activities that are offered, my family and I will be booking another stay at this location later this year.

Hiltons Beachwoods resort is a hidden gem . From the beginning you are greeted by excellent customer service . The condo/rooms are spacious and homey with all the amenities . The resort offers so much to do with our favorite being the indoor water area . We love it and will be back

Beautiful stay, friendly staff and a variety of activities on the property. It was conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping and the beach! The pool, arcade, playground, boats and basketball court along with daily craft offerings made for a lot of fun. The rooms are not fancy by any means, but were clean and included all cooking tools, towels and toiletries that we needed. The outdoor pool area was of course closed for winter but looks fun too. The staff was welcoming and helpful without being too overbearing. The grounds were well kept and the gym was great too. Overall a great stay.

We can’t enough good things around our stay this weekend! We traveled as a family with 4 kids and 4 adults. The pool area was awesome as were the outdoor amenities and the nature trail. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and spacious room that was part of a duplex type structure nestled in the woods. Everything was in excellent condition as is typical of Hilton brand. Easy parking and well thought out landscaping. Overall excellent.

The floor was falling through, the toilet paper holders were falling off the wall. All that they could say was they knew and it was ok the Reno list. Our children wouldn’t fall through the floor. Terrible customer service!
