On this 24-acre resort property you have access to family friendly amenities all while staying in the comfort of a family owned and loved home.

In the only privately owned building on this 24-acre resort property you have access to amenities such as sports courts, a snack bar, and evening movies at the pool, all while staying in the comfort of a family owned and loved home. This is the ideal spot for your next family vacation on the Outer Banks!

Our views are spectacular because we are on the top floor – so although you’ll need to take some stairs to get there – the ocean views are worth it! You will love relaxing on the furnished deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening glass of wine, or watch your friends and family in the pool below.

Spread out over two stories, this third-floor condo boasts an open, sunlit floorplan with a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room with a TV to stream your favorite channels. With two bedrooms (king and queen beds), a loft (two twin beds), and two full bathrooms - there is plenty of room for the whole family!

While on the property, be sure to take advantage of the wide variety of resort amenities that include volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, a large pool and sunbathing deck with many lounge chairs and tables (along with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones), a snack bar, and a picnic area for summertime barbecues! The beach is just steps away, and parents can relax in comfort knowing that there is an ocean lifeguard stand right on the property.

This home is convenient to the boardwalk (just a mile away) with many wonderful shopping and dining options. Enjoy live music by the sound and grab a treat from Duck Donuts or one of the many ice cream or fudge shops. Take a stroll on the boardwalk while watching the local wildlife, or rent a bicycle or kayak and check out the neighboring towns - there is something for everyone here in Duck!

Great Stay
Had a wonderful time at this perfect beach condo. Check in process was flawless, the condo was immaculate and so comfortable on the top floor with a great view. Beautiful Unit!
The property and unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had a blast hanging out in the loft area. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, ac and Wi-Fi worked great as well. We also loved the proximity to the pool and beach. We were all very sad to leave and are already excited to book the exact property next year!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful time at this condo. Proximity to the beach and Duck town were a plus. Really enjoyed the sunsets (and sunrises) from the deck. Very responsive owner, will definitely book again if available.

Loved our stay
We had a great time, the home is comfortable and had everything we needed. In my opinion the building we stayed in is the best. It's right next to the pool and beach, perfect for our kids. We used the clubhouse and amenities..small gym with new equipment (gets the job done) I would recommend taking your own equipment if you play tennis or pickleball.

Cute condo with the best view
We found this property to be ideal for our three member family. It has the best view and best location on property. There is construction going on and the seagulls loved to target my car (ha!) but it was a perfect stay for us. Duck is the best and there is so much to enjoy. The upstairs bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Short Getaway
Just returned home from a short getaway at this property (4 days/3 nights), and my family is already asking when we can go back. This property turned out to be great for us given it's central location in Duck, easy access to the beach and large pool (with deck activities) for our kids. Communication from the property manager was great. Cathi were very prompt to answer questions and was eager for feedback as they plan updates to the unit. The entire complex is under new management and it's easy to see how much work they are putting into making it a great spot. The exterior of the building we stayed in was recently redone and looks great. The interior of the unit is as described in the listing. The beds were comfy (crisp, clean sheets) and it was well furnished. Lots of small touches by the owner to make you feel at home. We also enjoyed visiting with other residents, who share the building. These "locals" had great tips of things to go see and do. You can tell they all take great pride in the complex and keep an eye out to ensure things are kept nice and safe for all.

Cute condo close to everything
We had a great stay overall! Communication was incredible with property managers & checkin was flawless. There are a TON of steps but they state that ahead of time. We got used to it but, whew carrying luggage was not fun. The pool and beach were lovely and much enjoyed! Pool doesn’t seem to have chlorine up to standards from our convo with residents on the schedule. It isn’t checked at all during the day for amount of people in there, gross! There is also mildew or mold on lip of pool that needs scrubbing with bleach (I’m around pools a lot and have owned one). Great view of ocean and pool from the deck. I’d recommend getting a table or high top chairs for the deck with maybe an umbrella? We had to pull bar stools out to see over railing. Beds are comfortable. Overall, enjoyed our stay! Would return.

Family Getaway
This was a wonderful spot for our family vacation. The condo was roomy and comfortable for 5 grown people. The owners responded to all inquiries very promptly. The proximity to the pool and beach were great, many buildings are a good walk from these amenities. The pool area was clean and there were sufficient chairs for us to use. The games around the pool were a bonus. We played corn-hole, shuffleboard and ping pong. The location near the town of Duck was quite nice. We did not walk to town but it would be a nice, reasonable distance walk. The beach was great and there was a lifeguard stationed right at the access point from the condos. They did have chairs and umbrellas to rent. The condo had all that we needed for a week stay: extra blankets and pillows, fully stocked kitchen (I did not really cook but I think everything you may need is at hand). Some paper was provided, bring extra for the stay. We really enjoyed out stay but I must divulge that we did have a few roaches. I have never experienced this before and was told it was not unusual for the area. We did buy some spray and went on with our stay. I was not going to let it destroy our stay and it did not (although, YUK!) The condo is on the third floor and there are no less than 50 steps to get up there. Avoid this if you or your guests are not fully capable of the steps involved. I would give 5 stars except for the pests. The stairs were as advertised so I will not mark down for that.
