Upea yksityiskodin retriitti pariskunnille tai perheille! Tämä talo on loistava hyppäämispaikka pohjoiseen (Duck, Corolla ja off road pohjoiset rannat) tai etelään (Wright Brothers, Nags Head, Lost Colony ja ääni- / meripuistot). Erinomainen sijainti rauhallisella rannalla.

Tämä mukautettu merenrantaravintola alkaa kuusikulmaisessa päärakennuksessa, josta on näkymät merelle suuresta huoneesta. Siellä on ruokailutilat ja vierekkäinen aurinkoterassi aivan oleskelutilan vieressä. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on runsaasti tilaa aterioiden luomiseen ja aamukahvien organisointiin (tippakahvinkeitin ja Keurig).

Kätevällä pääkerroksen pyykkialueella on kaikki vierailuasi varten tarvittavat liinavaatteet (korkealaatuiset 100% puuvillalakanat kaikille vuoteille, kylpypyyhkeet, rantapyyhkeet ja rantalaukut, autoa ei tarvitse tavaroida!).

Yläkerroksen ja dyynin ympärillä olevat kannet tarjoavat panoraamanäkymät ja useita oleskelualueita nauttimaan näkymistä N, S, E ja W. Siellä on varjoisa alakerroksen pöytä, tuolit ja kätevä ulkosuihku. Mukana on useita sateenvarjoja, sekä kansi että ranta, samoin kuin rantatuoleja, boogie-lautoja ja 2 merikajakkia.

Mukavat kalusteet ja rauhalliset värit tekevät rentouttavasta vierailusta. Neljän vuodenajan aurinkokuistilla on 40 'HD-taulutelevisio ja alatasolla biljardipöytä ja toinen taulutelevisio, jotka tarjoavat lapsille (nuorille ja vanhoille) leikkipaikan.

*** Yksityisessä makuuhuoneen siipissä (pohjoisessa) on iso kuva-ikkuna merinäköalalla. Master-kylpyhuone, jossa on mosaiikkilasilaatta, kaksisuihkusuihku, poreallas (amme), astianpesuallas ja modernit pinnat tekevät tästä kylpystä vetäytymisen odottamaan.

*** Vierassiipillä, joka sijaitsee oleskelutilan ulkopuolella (etelä), on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. Makuuhuoneessa # 1 on king-vuode ja makuuhuoneessa # 2 on parivuode ja yhden hengen sänky.

Päärakennukseen pääsee joko alemman tason sisäänkäynniltä ajotieltä, tai yläkerran etukuistilta kodin muodolliseen eteiseen. Talon edestä takaosaan on myös ulkopuolella vallinnut kävelytie. Tämä tarjoaa pääsyn valtameren dyynikannelle ja suoran pääsyn kodin yläkerran pääasialliseen oleskelutilaan ja merenrantakerrokseen ILMAISEKSI. Tämä on ollut hyödyllistä vieraille, joilla on vaikeuksia askelten kanssa, ja myös neljän jalkaisen pörröisen perheenjäsenen ikääntymiseen!

Perfect Getaway
This house was absolutely perfect- close to the beach, house stocked with books, games, and everything you need in the kitchen, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. I also loved the layout which provided a wing for the kids and another for the adults. Our favorite part by far were the extensive decks and outdoor space which made it even more comfortable.

Our Annual Vacation in OBX
We and our friends like to come to OBX every year, off-season, and we always stay at Seascape. We found this gem years ago and have been returning annually ever since. It's a cozy retreat with the feeling of a home. The host is always changing or updating something in the house each year, which shows the love she has for it. We like coming off-season; but for those who like to come in-season, it's right on the beach for easy access and convenient to anything in the outer banks

Great place to stay!
My daughter and I (and our small dogs) enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. We had everything we needed and the location and private beach were perfect. We were there during the off-season, celebrating a quiet and relaxing getaway for my birthday. Love it that the main part of the house is one level. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be updates for the living room couches and mattresses. Other that, everything was wonderful, even though we did have to leave 2 days early due to strong rains, winds, and flash flood warnings. Hope to make it back for another week in the future.

The Perfect Family Vacation
This beautiful property was just perfect for our family. My husband has limited mobility due to having toes amputated on both feet. This cottage offered easy assess to the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and decking that went all the way to the beach. He was able to be a part of the action, watching his sons surf and his grandson play in the ocean. There were so many places for the family to dine. We enjoyed eating most meals outside on the roomy decks. There are four tables available for outdoor dining. The way the cottage is designed, it offers privacy for everyone. My husband and I enjoyed the main bedroom that has its own private wing. Our grown children's bedrooms were located in the wing on the other side of the home. They were able to stay up later and go downstairs and play pool and we never were disturbed by any noise they made. The home is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with towels, beach towels, and whatever you may need to have fun on the beach. The location is perfect. It is located so near grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy. You can quickly pick up what you need without missing out on precious beach time. This is the perfect property for a multi-generational family to enjoy. We made beach memories that we will treasure forever. The property owner was kind and kept us informed of everything we needed to do to have an enjoyable stay. Our entire family voted this as the number one property we have ever rented. Feeling blessed to have stayed there

Wake up to the ocean
This is our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The house has an incredible deck sitting atop the dune overlooking the beach and ocean that is great for enjoying a drink coffee, beer wine etc. in the brief moments when our kids were sleeping. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have the ocean and waves crashing right outside your bedroom. If my 2-year old weren't waking me up at 6 am I could have slept for hours. Super convenient. We walked to Steemers for dinner. We actually ate there three times including the two take-out orders. And there is the ice cream place and pizza and subs all a short walk away. And we didn't have to fight any traffic coming in or going out which is really nice . the house has everything we needed and beautiful new fridge and oven and everything we needed for the beach didn't have to bring a thing from home. Overall had a wonderful time!

Great location
First time to OBX. Wonderful central location, we went north to Corolla to see horses and south past Nags head for a fishing charter. Being right on beach without crowds can’t be beat -absolutely loved that!! Well stocked home with beach towels, chairs etc. as listed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home.

Just the relaxing family time we needed!
We loved our stay. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked. We spent most of the week just relaxing on the beach which was right out the back door—so worth it not to have to walk down the road to get to the beach. I spent every morning drinking my coffee on the dune deck watching the sun rise over the ocean. Beautiful and so peaceful!!! The house is close to anything you need…groceries, ice cream, lots of food places and if you are there during Fourth of July, you can just watch all the fireworks from the decks. The only thing we wished was at the house that wasn’t was a tent to set up at the beach when it is really hot. There are a ton of umbrellas which were great unless it was windy and then we just had to deal with the sun. The kids had lots of fun with the boogie boards and chasing crabs on the beach. We all came back home extremely relaxed and rested. Thank you for letting us stay!
