On-site Parking W/Full kitchen, 2BR , 2(Full) Bath & Sleeper Sofa. Private yard to Stretch your legs! Here you can Snuggle up to a relaxing evening W/ Family & Friends!

Fantastic accommodations, clean, comfortable and well decorated. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the front bedroom due to having someone sleeping in the living room where the full mirror was located.

Bright, clean, well appointed!
We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving- great location, close to downtown Knoxville and my daughter’s apartment. Host was very accommodating- she even got a roasting pan for the home when she found out we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! :) Home was cozy and bright- had everything we needed for our family holiday!

Clean, comfortable updated home in developing neighborhood close to UTK. Owner was very responsive when contacted. I suggest having an information sheet available in home with specific helpful tips re: trash disposal, setting thermostat, etc.

Great Location for UT Game
The location was perfect for Neyland Stadium. We were able to walk there since no Ubers were available. The home was clean and communication was great! It was the perfect weekend in Knoxville.

This is my second time staying in this home and loved it just as much as I did the first time! The owner is beyond amazing. The house is clean and super convenient to UT, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to my next stay!

UTK Family Weekend
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place is very well appointed, has a nice large living room for people to hang out in and the beds were very comfortable. Everything has been redone in the house so it feels brand new! Uber's were not very available all over town due to it being Family Weekend so we were glad we picked a place that is walkable to campus or downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming Knoxville Getaway!
What a true hidden gem! This charming house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. It is just across the river from the heart of downtown and campus. A new pedestrian bridge is being built to connect the two neighborhoods which will be such a treat for this house once completed. It was so fun waking up to a view of the stadium and Sunsphere and I can't imagine how electric this house would be on game days!!! It truly had every amenity we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable 6 night girls trip with our party of three. Trinh was a dream host :)

My sister and I met in Knoxville to spend the week together and time with my niece, who attends the University of Tennessee. The house was perfect! Super clean. The decor was extremely esthetically pleasing. So much attention to detail. Close to UT, shops and restaurants. The host was so kind and pleasant. Highly recommended! Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Spot!!
We rented this to stay in until my daughter’s apartment was ready while she started school at UT. Very clean and close to campus - would be PERFECT for a UT football game. Owner was very helpful and anticipated needs very well. Excellent communication.

Stay was awesome, house was clean and ready for our arrival. Property owner gave us all the information on the property in a timely manner, even had a power outage in the community Saturday morning (no fault to the owner) and they were quick to get in touch with us in case we weren't able to complete some check out task. All and all would definitely use again. Thanks for the great weekend in Knoxville!!!

This small home was perfect for our stay and drop off for our two daughters @ UTK! It was clean, inviting and impeccably decorated. Lovely little home. The neighborhood is slightly outside the school radius and a car was mandatory. I can’t wait to go back!
