Hotel was decent but very outdated. Pool area was very cold and pool heater seemed to be out of order. Hot tub was small. Rooms are small and dingy. Fine for one night while passing through but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

Safe area, bottles of soap, microwave, refrigerator, Kurtis all in room and working. Beds were more comfortable than I expected when I sat down originally. Slept well. No complaints, but this is an older, somewhat worn building. Staff was very friendly.

Overall very very satisfied with staying here. The only thing that surprised me a little was that there wasn't any complimentary breakfast. I don't expect anything extravagant but just some cereal or something would have been good but I will definitely stay there again. Very nice area and clean room.

Older hotel, appeared clean but maybe a tad tired and dated. Hot tub was a weird green color, basket ball court out of service. No coffee anywhere, no cups in the room even though had k cups. It was just ok for a night.

Not what I expected
My husband is handicapped and I reserved an accessible room with a roll in shower. While I was checking in, I asked if the room was accessible and the front desk gentleman said “YES” that it was!! When we walked in we immediately realized that it was not accessible at all. I called to the front desk and asked why we were in a regular room after I specifically asked if it were accessible? He explained that our reserved room was not available. The bathroom was so small that my husband wasn’t able to walk in with his walker. He needed a shower chair to sit on, and the front desk guy brought us a dirty patio chair from outside for him to use. The chair barely fit into the shower causing him to have to enter the shower from the toilet side of the shower door with maybe 6 inches of space to get through. I was not happy with anything with this room, especially since we really need to have an accessible room.

When I checked in it was midnight with my daughter. Literally, there was several loud parties going on. People smoking weed in the parking lot. Got into my room and when we turned down covers there was a set of lashes in the bed. So we slept in one bed. Bathroom wasn’t clean and there was Togo food in fridge. We were too tired to change. But I wouldn’t go back

Bed was not all that comfortable. Allowing people to smoke at the doors sucked. Front desk staff not rude but not overly friendly. .The shining stars were the bartenders in the bar. Very friendly, efficient, and the food was good.

Horrible Service
They put me on the 5th floor far away from the elevator to the lobby. The second night my key didn’t work and there was a sign on one elevator saying out of order. I went all the way down to the lobby and got the key done again. Next morning I decided to have breakfast. I was told breakfast was not included or I had to have a voucher. The room was over $100 a night and breakfast was not included? Ridiculous! The staff was rude when I went to get the key made.
