Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in regardless of price along with a ton of little amenities in the room down to qtips even. Warm and friendly staff and great coffee in the am. Highly recommend !!

No elevator to get to second floor unless we just didn't see it. No problem for us but nay be for others. Otherwise no complaints- room clean, quiet, easily accessible, convenient for sevierville/ Pigeon Forge area. Would stay again.
