Tämä kaunis, täysin ilmastoitu, 1620 neliömetrin Poipu Kai Regency -huoneisto on erittäin tilava ja siinä on kaksi tarinaa ja avoin parvi, joka toimii neljäntenä makuuhuoneena. Pääkerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa Calif. King-size-vuode, iso kylpyhuone, kävellä suihkussa, kylpyamme, vaatekaappi, kaksi pesuallas turhamaisuus, TV ja jopa yksityinen Lanai. Aulan toisella puolella on toinen makuuhuone, jossa king-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Olemme toimittaneet pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu myös tähän kerrokseen.

Keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot, on erittäin moderni ja siinä on uusimmat laitteet avuksesi. Olohuoneessa on iso kaapelitelevisio, DVD-soitin ja tilaäänen stereojärjestelmä nautinnoksi. Yläkerrassa on tilava parvi-alue, jossa on vaatekaappi ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta (voidaan tehdä king-size-vuode) ja näkymä alakerran oleskelutilaan. Siellä on myös kolmas yksityinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja TV, sekä toinen täysi kylpyhuone ... tämä on Jack n Jillin kylpyhuone.

Tämä huoneisto on ylempi yksikkö, joten siinä ei ole melua. Se sijaitsee Regency-ryhmän huoneistoissa, joilla on pääsy yksityisille 3 uima-altaalle, kylpylöille ja BBQ-alueille (käytettävissä vain Regency-vieraille), jos haluatte grillata ja rentoutua. Rantaan johtaa kauniita kävelypolkua, jossa on moitteettomasti hoidettuja puita, pensaita ja nurmikoita. Tämä on erittäin miellyttävä 5 minuutin kävelymatka. Rannat ovat erittäin käyttäjäystävällisiä, jos haluat snorklata, uida tai vain makuulla ja kiinnittyä ruskeuteen.

Tämä huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Poipu Kai Tennis Center. Easy walk to the beach.
Perfect condo for our family of nine, accommodations for everyone. Provided beach equipment was a plus for us. Very nice short walk to beaches. Also nice to be able to walk to Kalapacki Joes whenever for eats and drinks.Would stay here again in the future.

Paradise
Let me start by saying that everything was exactly as stated in the Vrbo ad for this property and it was perfect for our family of 8. We stayed for 10 nights (actually only 9 because the airline robbed us of the first night!) It was my wife and I, my parents, my sister and her husband, and my brother and his wife. It was the perfect size and we never felt that we were in each other's way. Sure, it's an older property, but they keep it up very well. There are 3 pools to use and hot tubs on the property which are very nice and it's a short 10 minute walk to the beaches where we saw sea turtles every day, Hawaiian Monk Seals, and of course chickens. LOL. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and setting. Michael was a great host and very quick to respond to all of my questions! Thanks Michael !!!

Family vacation
This is a nice property and was very easy to get to as well as centrally located for our activities. Two beautiful beaches were within easy walking distance. The condo was clean but a little older so we felt comfortable just relaxing.

Masterbed room had candy under the bed and tucked in the bed,plus plastic lids and cotton balls under it. Tooth brush holder was still full of toothpaste. Stove, microwave and counters were dirty. Old apple core under living room table. Upstairs bed spreads had stuff on them. Not a great start. This trip on VRBO was the worst.

This condo had everything you could ask for. Plenty of kitchen pans, dishes..etc. Also had extra beach equipment if needed. Great location to beach within walking distance to several. Would book this property again. 5 stars *****

Lovely, comfortable condo in Poipu
We had a great week at Michael's condo in Poipu--the condo itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the location is fantastic, so close to the beach and the pools. The condo was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great week, including a well-stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The amenities at the location were great--we used the pool and the grills, which worked great and were not crowded. Parking was easy.

Ideal Location
We booked this property for our family of 8 adults. The layout and size worked perfectly. The location couldn't have been more convenient. We could easily walk to a couple of beaches that had great snorkeling and tons of sea turtles and monk seals. Other locations that we wanted to visit were an easy drive. It was great to have beach chairs and snorkel gear available at the condo. We used them every day! As with most rentals, the interior was showing some wear but the space was clean and safe.

Our family of 10 enjoyed the condo. As advertised, there were enough beds to accommodate all 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy many cooked meals, including one use of the communal BBQ. We could have used more beach towels and bath towels for our group of 10 as there weren’t enough for all of us so we ended up having to do a lot of laundry. There was also only one boogie board when multiple boogie boards were advertised. There were plenty of beach chairs and snorkels that we enjoyed. Overall, it was a great condo for our family in a great location!

We had a fantastic stay of two weeks with eight adults and were very comfortable. The condo was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Having access to three different pools and Poipu Beach just a short walk away, was perfect.

Great condo. Great size. Great location. Close to pool and beach. Great amenities in condo. Great communication with owner. One small not great thing was that you can pretty much hear what is going on in all the other adjacent condos and that noise can be pretty loud. But it didn't take away from our overall 5 star experience.

Wow!
The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee pot stopped working (basically an emergency with our crew) and the kind lady responded quickly to resolve the issue. The location was amazing! I would come back in a heartbeat!

The place worked perfectly for our group. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. The neighbors were relatively quiet and pleasant to chat with.

Right in the highly desired Poipu Beach area!!
Nice condo with plenty of room for our group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, so the total of 3 bathrooms was perfect. Never ran out of hot water, even when all 3 showers were being used and sometimes the dishwasher too. Plenty of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, rice cooker, crockpot, electric griddle. There was a 9x13 pan and a cookie sheet too. The outside closet had a beach umbrella and a few of the Tommy Bahama chairs-though most had the straps broken so a little tricky to carry if you didn’t bring the wagon. Not sure what else was in there as that was all we used. The condo was in a great spot on the corner, so much sun with the curtains open, and was relatively quiet. Walking at an average pace we made it to Brennecke’s beach in 8 mins, Poipu was another 6 mins.

Perfect Stay
Perfect place to stay for our family! We had plenty of room for the 8 of us! So fun to be able to walk to the beach! We had the pool to ourselves every time we used it. Loved everything about this trip!!!!

Beautiful property in Poipu
Beautiful location, 5 min walk to Poipu Beach with paved paths. The condo you was perfect for our two of families of 8. Kitchen was fabulous for cooking, enjoyed the deck to relax and the living room was comfy with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy a movie while it rained. 3 bathrooms was wonderful to have - no fighting over shower time. The condo unit had beach chairs and umbrellas that were fabulous to take to the beach. There were other beach supplies like water shoes snorkels, etc, but we had brought our own. Pool and hot tub were shared with the other units along with the Bar-B-que’s, but easy to access and lovely. Great directions from the airport Will definitely book again!
