THIS CONDO HAS THE MOST STUNNING OCEAN & COVE VIEWS, BARRING NONE!!! THE WAVES CRASH RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PATIO INTO THE MAGNIFICENT COVE BELOW. The occasional spray is the cherry on the top. The unit is fully air-conditioned.

The living and dining rooms at Poipu Shores 306A are oceanfront, right on top of the crashing waves. A large TV, full stereo, quality speakers, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the splendid oceanfront lanai. Dine in the gracious dining room or enjoy "al fresco" on the lanai's comfortable tropitone furniture to the sound of the waves, and views of the Cove below, the world-famous Poipu Beach, gorgeous Pacific sunsets, and turtles and whales (in season).

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. Prepare meals while savoring views of crashing waves and abundant sea life. The property also boasts of conveniently located gas barbeque grills.

The master bedroom is 25 feet from the pillow to the waves! Complete with walk-in shower, private dressing area, and air-conditioning. High-quality linens and the most comfortable king mattress combine for many restful, tropical slumbers.

The second master suite features a king bed and opens to a beautiful tropical view. You will awaken in paradise to colorful birds and tropical landscapes. Combine that with the soothing sounds of the Pacific and you may never want to return home.

Phenomenal Week in Kauai
Amazing location was stunning views of the ocean, whales and sea turtles. Short walk to beautiful Brennecke’s beach for boogie boarding and Poipu’s beach for snorkeling. Restaurants in Koloa were perfect each evening.

Best View Ever
We have stayed in this area before and the home was beautiful and well stocked. Communication was great and had no issues. Can’t beat the beautiful view and easy access to Brenecke’s beach.

Wonderful stay! Crashing waves, beautiful sunsets, and a great kitchen.
Previous reviews and location led us to this condo and we were not disappointed! Loved it because: 1. location on Kauai (Poipu beach area): walk to great beach for snorkeling, sunsets from porch 2. very nice condo: great main TV (new since photos on VRBO), new appliances (again, newer than photos on VRBO), A/C units cool quickly when get home, backpack beach chairs in closet and MUCH more for renters to use at the beach; and 3. great service from Sampada the owner! Thanks!!!

Had a wonderful time using this unit as our home base for 10 days! Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and views, views, views!!! Outdoor facilities (including pool) were great! Parking was easy! We highly recommend it! We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing view!
Sampada is a wonderful host, great communication. She surprised us with a bottle of bubbly that we enjoyed on the lanai….with a view and sunset that pictures just don’t do justice. Three nights was just not long enough. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay!
This condo is extremely clean and has a beautiful view. The listing is accurate and the owner is very responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our favorite thing to do was sit outside on the lanai or sit by the pool and watch the turtles and the waves crash. The air conditioning was also a nice feature to turn on to cool off after a day in the sun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Poipu area.

Beautiful Views
We used this condo as our home base for exploring the island and it was the perfect spot to come home to. The view is even more amazing in person and the waves would create huge sprays of water creating a show my kids (and myself) loved. In the mornings we even saw rainbows in the sprays of water. The pool view was just as fun and had plenty of lounger chairs and some tables. With small kids with us we were able to easily walk to Poipu beach to see the turtles come up at night and grab some Puka Dogs (delicious!) There’s one other restaurant or it’s a short 6 minute drive to a center with more to choose from.

Amazing location
We had the best condo in the best location. Seeing the ocean from the condo was the best feature and why I booked this unit. At about 12:30pm you will see sea turtles come over to the rocks edge to eat. We saw at least three every day. It’s a short walk to grab a bite or to play in the ocean at the park. The condo was very clean and is updated compared to other units. The host was great at checking in to see if we needed anything as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Don't hesitate - Book this property!
I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything from communication to the property itself is top notch. We saw turtles everyday from the lanai. You are just a few feet away from the crashing waves on the beautiful rocky shoreline. If you look up "Ocean Front", this is it. If we are ever fortunate enough to be able to return to Kauai, we will definitely be staying here. The room itself had everything needed to create magnificent meals. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was fantastic. AC worked great. Poipu is in our opinion the best location on the island. Thanks Sampada for hosting such a memorable week in Kauai!!

Amazing location and view!
We had a fantastic family vacation staying here! Clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning throughout, well stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils), beach and bath towels. There was even portable coolers, beach chairs and snorkel sets available for us to use. We also took advantage of the gas grills and heated pool. Amazing views (and sounds) from the lanai of crashing waves! We saw turtles swimming below every day, a pod of dolphins on two separate occasions and even a couple of whales (off season) in the distance. Short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw beautiful tropical fish when snorkeling, dozens of turtles and two to three monk seals resting on the beach daily. Great photo ops! Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. So happy with our choice! Sampada was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Check in was extremely easy. You won't regret staying here!
