Upea merinäköala, 2-kerroksinen, savuttomia osakehuoneisto, on yli 1200 sisustus sq. Ft. Sekä 3 yksityistä lanais. Se on täydellinen yhdelle perheelle tai 2 pariskunnalle. Tämä Poipu Beach -huoneisto sijaitsee vehreillä alueilla, jotka muistuttavat trooppista kasvitieteellistä puutarhaa.
Meidän huoneisto on sisustettu Hawaiian teema, moderni mutta saari tuntuu. Täysin varustetuista keittiö, jossa kaikki mukavuudet, tai vieressä on BBQ-alue. 55-tuumainen televisio olohuoneessa kaapelilla ja DVD: llä sekä ilmainen WIFI, joten voit pysyä yhteydessä. Makuuhuone on litteä LCD-TV.

Nihi Kai Villas ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, mutta sijaitsevat meren rannassa. On tenniskenttiä, uima-allas ja BBQ alueilla asiakkaiden käytettävissä.

Mitä Lähistöllä?

Nihi Kai 804 sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä merestä, ja Brennecke Beach on muutaman metrin edelleen. Tämä on hyvä boogie lennolle rannalla. Toinen muutaman metrin ja tulet Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach äänestettiin # 1 ranta USA Travel Channel. The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

Poipu Paradise
The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Great family trip
Two 65 yr-old grandparents, a 30-something year-old daughter, a 3 1/2 yr old grandson, and 9 mo-old grandaughter. Recipe for disaster? NO! This condo made all the difference. The unit was in the far back of Nihi Kai, with an elevated view of the grounds and a tight view of the breakers on Poipu Beach. Very quiet, and grounds were beautiful. We walked daily from the unit to Poipu beach (and passed Brennecke's Beach along the way) with the grandkids in a stroller. Did have to spend some of the walk on a local road, but traffic was sparse and most drivers were respectful of pedestrians. The unit has a large main floor (stairs to access) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Ductless air conditioning heads on main floor and in both bedrooms worked well. No bathtub for small children, so be ready to improvise. Owner (Steve) was very responsive and great to work with. If we return to Kauai, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Clean condo with nice view
We walked to the beach every single day, multiple times per day. The condo is clean and the beds comfortable. The view is a little far off, and you can't hear the water, but we had rainbows every day! One day we got stuck in a rainstorm and had to turn back to the condo so we went swimming in the pool for a little bit until the rain passed. The pool was warm and clean. We liked this condo and grounds were pretty. The air conditioning worked well.

Fantastic place with great location
We loved our stay at Nihi Kai. The condo layout was amazing for us and our 14 month old daughter. The fact we only shared one wall with another unit made it a lot less stressful for us when she started crying in the middle of the night. The condo had a fabulous view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive to all communications. We had a phenomenal time and plan on coming back.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.

Everything was great. All the amenities you would need are there. Beach chairs, towels, boogies boards. Very centrally located to Poipu beach. Walk to end of property everyday and watch the sunset. The front door lock is a little funky may need too be replaced. Would come back for sure. The property is beautiful too.

Fantastic get away
The property location was perfect and made it easy to get to all the beaches we enjoy visiting. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the Lanai in the morning and looking out to the ocean. We discovered a few new things even though this was our 3rd trip to the island. There is a cave not too far from the condo with a few tortoise near CJW Stables. It's also very easy to rent beach equipment (extra umbrella and boogie boards) nearby. The owner, Steve P. was easy to communicate with during our trip and was very gracious in allowing us a later checkout.

overall our stay was pleasant. condo was clean and well stocked. just be alerted to the fact that there are 8 buildings on this property. we did have an ocean view and walkable distance to poipu beach/park (about 200+yards), follow the owners directions, google struggled :)
