Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the neighborhood.

Please treat the Villa with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the Villa without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of seven guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the Villa and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
