Tämä kauniisti sisustettu, uusi asunto sijaitsee Muo-kylässä, rauhassa 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä maailmanperintöluettelossa olevasta keskiaikaisesta Kotor -kaupungista, jossa on erilaisia kahviloita, ravintoloita, museoita ja kauppoja. Kiinteistössä on 2 parveketta, joista on näkymät lahdelle, ilmastointi, satelliitti-tv, täysin integroitu keittiö, jossa on huippuluokan laitteita, kuten astianpesukone, iso makuuhuone, jossa on vaatekaapit sekä varattu tila yksityisellä pysäköintialueella. Kodinhoitohuoneessa on pesukone. Huoneisto on ihanteellinen laiskoille päiville rentoutumiseen uima-altaan ääressä (avoinna toukokuusta lokakuuhun) tai tukikohdaksi aktiviteettimatkalle lomalle. Muo-kylä sijaitsee Kotor-lahdella näkymällä UNESCOn Kotorin maailmanperintökohdelle. Kaupungissa yhdistyvät vanha ja uusi katedraalien kanssa, jotka juontavat juurensa 1200-luvulta nykyaikaisten putiikkien vieressä. Satama sijaitsee Kotorin suulla, jota hallitsee linnoitus, joka on rakennettu korkealle kaupungin yläpuolelle. Kiipeä huipulle ja palkitaan upeilla näkymillä vuonolle ja sen ulkopuolelle.

Amazing stay @ Annies Apartment
This was a surprise holiday for my Hubbys 60th. After booking Annie was so quick to respond to my emails and queries for information in the area suggestions for meals places to visit. The apartment has 2 great balconies with amazing jaw dropping views of Kotor, the old town & the whole beautiful bay. The pools a great size and we met lots of lovely people there. The bed is so comfy. The bathroom is modern & clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Its location is a short walk to the local bakery and the local well stocked small shops along the harbour. you could leave and turn left and walk the other way to a small supermarket and another village with pretty restaurants & lots of books and games. Theres the blue line bus that runs past the apartment to We had 5 days action packed! Boat trips / the cable car is an absolute must, just grab a cab / Paddle boarding with a guide / guided walking tour of the old town to learn the history. Do As little or as much as you want. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a great stay

Really nice apartment well located close to the edge of the Gulf of Kotor. Half an hour walk into Kotor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the gulf edge and there are lots of sunbathing\swimming places along the shaw within easy reach, but it is quite a steep slope back up.

Great place to enjoy Kotor
Had a lovely week at Anne and Guys place. Very clean apartment equipped with everything you need, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Anne was also very quick to respond to all my question and made sure we had every information we needed. Pool area was great and very close to the sea were you can swim. Old town Kotor was about a 15-20 minute walk away, but the road could get quite busy during high season. Overall, I would recommend this apartment if you looking for a great place to stay in Kotor.

Pefect appartment in Kotor
If you want the most sublime view of Kotor then you have to be a little way up a hill. This appartment is it. The view from the balcony is hard to walk away from. We couldn't find a restaurant in town with a setting anywhere like it. The appartment itself was fantastic for us 2 fifty somethings. The mattress is very good quality & the bedroom very quiet for a good nights sleep.I'm fussy on mattresses too. The shower pressure is also strong for a good start & end to the day. The kitchen is well equiped.We did breakfast every morning & a couple of dinners .Lots of kitchen stuff.Great fridge freezer. On arrival the appartment was beautifully clean. Plenty of folder info in the drawers on the flat & also if you are new to the area. Books,Games & DVD's if you fancy a night in. We walked into town in about 15/20 minutes each night. A swim in the sea is only a few mins walk away. Pool was also good to cool down in. Annie the host was & is exceptional. Nothing was any trouble.She has a mine of information on Kotor & beyond.We got some great tips/advice on our trip from Annie. We have travelled all over the world the in the last 3 decades. The appartment is fab. The view from it is in our top 2 of all time. 10/10 Thanks Annie

A very welcoming and comfortable Apartment
The Apartment is in a lovely, quiet spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying its stunning views over the bay to Kotor Old Town. The host was very helpful from start to finish with great communication, including helping with the transfer from Tivat Airport. The 20-minute walk into Kotor was easy to access all of the activities, with a brilliant bakery at the half way point.

Great Stay!
The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and the view was amazing! It was a good walk into town but it was not difficult. It was easily accomplished in under 15 minutes. We had a car and designated parking was a great help as we did a lot of exploring to adjacent areas. If you walk into town try the BBQ place by the bus stop. Huge portions with great prices and very good

Nur 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, mit absolut genialen Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt Kotor. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit eigenem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Gastgeber sind sehr unaufdringlich und jederzeit sehr hilfreich und schnell zu erreichen gewesen. Unsere Empfehlung :-)

Exceptional communication with Annie (owner) over the past 2 years. We had had to rearrange twice due to covid , but this seemed no problem with Annie who totally understood. Well equipped apartment , with everything you need, with quality household items. Amazing view.
