Staff overwhelmingly courteous and responsive - first rate overall! I couldn't give a higher rating largely due to my room's problems: bad bath room faucet, faulty safe, and minimalist amenities. Prompt service calls to fix stated problems didn't work. I'd still recommend this property for budget conscious folks though.

I had one of the best customer service experience when I stayed here just last month. Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located away from the main busy Nathan Street. Ver convenient walking distanceto restaurants. If someone is familiar with the subway MTR system, he/ she can actually ride it with a prepaid Octopus card from the airport, instead of spending more money with a taxi. The hallway and the room are kinda tiny with not much space to walk around. And so is the shower stall. However, it's understandable because it's Hong Kong
