The staff at Lalisa was excellent to deal with. The hotel itself is dated and could use some newer fixtures. Our shower had some mouldy tiles but it was kept clean. Our mattress was not the best. They had quite a bit of issues with the Internet but did get new routers while we were staying there. It is a bit noisy but the back rooms are better if you can request one. Less street noise. It was very close to the beach and the busy downtown core so that was a positive.

Hotel just wasn't up on maintenance. there were a lot of broken things in my room. It's a great area and the staff was wonderful. But they just don't invest anything in the upkeep.

Amazing location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Room was okay could be cleaner. Forgot to leave thing on door so room didn’t get made. Ace worked great. Only complaint which is out of their control is the hostel across street blasts music all night and it’s super loud

Really friendly and helpful staff with clean nice rooms. Softer beds than usual in Thailand. Very close to the beach and all amenities. The only thing was there wasnt plug ins close to my bed for my phone to charge, but otherwise it was great.

Great place to stay

The Lalisa is a nice friendly hotel that is very comfortable. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony and view over Ao Nang. The hotel is also very good value for money. Tip - try and get a room on floor 2 as there is no lift! They also offer car parking which is a great benefit.

Amazing location!! This place is right in the heart of ao nang beach. Beautiful view from the room. The staff is so friendly and helpful giving us tips on things to do and good restaurants. Air conditioning was great and beds were comfortable :) We were extremely happy about our 2 day stay here. Lots of things to do nearby.

I was in a room on the first floor. There was a sliding glass door opposite the entrance, but couldn't open hat Dr because tee was an active one sewer right next to it, and the veranda of a house beyond that. No other window or even skylight. Felt like never being in the room. There is an exhaust fan in the bathroom that wasn't functional resulting in smell. The AC had a mind of its on - would work half the time and won't cool otherwise. Saw a cockroach running in the room and swiftly disappeared in the crack of a loose partially rotten baseboard. A single mosquito kept othering for two nights and stung me on my face and hands during the night. Nevertheless I celebrated my victory by scoring a clean shot on my final day. The ladies at the front desks were very nice and always greeted with smile. Room cleaning done every day with fresh towels and complementary water bottles. There is a medium size refrigerator in room but badly rusted and in need of serious painting. The rusted refrigerator adds to the cheapness.

1人で2泊予約をし、居心地コスパ場所の全てが良かった為2泊延泊しました。施設は古く、エレベーターがなくシャワーの水圧が少し低い。 が、アオナンビーチすぐ、周りにお店がたくさんあり遅くまで賑やかで安心できる。受付の人は親切で優しくいつも居てくれる。部屋は広くバルコニーがついていて癒される。

Great place to Stay

This is a very nice friendly hotel which offers accommodation at a very reasonable price. I have stayed there many times and will surely do so again. The room is comfortable and clean with good aircon. There is no lift so try and get a room on the 2nd floor. A big plus is that you can (sometimes) park your car at the hotel - a definite plus in Ao Nang.

If you are on a budget and don’t need a pool then this place is ok. The people are nice but the place could do with a facelift. Not exactly clean. We checked out after one night.

Lalisa hotel is very well located, the staff is really nice and there are many options around for dining, massages, shopping, and the beach is not too far. All the excursions pick you up easily from there without any additional charge which is very convenient too.
