I had an excellent stay in Tournet. The hotel is situated very near to the sights of Wawel Castle and the Old Town and even more close to the lively Kazimierz district. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can speak English. I was travelling on my own but I was given a three-bed room in the third floor facing the backyard of the hotel. The room was very clean and - as you could imagine - spacious. It was also very peaceful, especially during the nights. The only minus side was that the hotel (hallways) had a strong echo so in the morning you couldn't get sleep with people opening and closing the doors or taking showers. On the other hand, you can't even sleep that late since the you want to hurry to see the city and because the breakfast is from 7 to 10 am. It consists of tea/coffee, juice, bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, scrambled/boiled eggs and serials - in other words, everything you could ask for in a 3-star hotel. All and all, Tournet is of very good value to your money. I recommend it heartily.
