Ranta Villa Seru Di Santu

Upouusi merenrantahuvila lähellä Bonairen keskustaa. Villa Seru di Santu on täydellinen majoitus kahdelle perheelle tai kaveriporukalle. Villa koostuu kahdesta kerroksesta, joissa on oma sisäänkäynti. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on hyvin varustettu avokeittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutila, josta on upeat näkymät rauhalliselle Karibianmerelle. Molemmissa kerroksissa voi majoittua yhteensä kuusi henkilöä ja siinä on kolme king-size-makuuhuonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on omat kylpyhuoneet ja näkymät ympäröivälle alueelle. Kaikissa huoneissa on liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet sekä säädettävä ilmastointijärjestelmä. Villaa ympäröi kaunis trooppinen puutarha, jossa on oleskelutila ja iso ruokapöytä uima-altaan vieressä. Tämä on ääretön uima-allas, joka sopii täydellisesti yhteen valtameren kanssa ja tarjoaa täydellisen tavan jäähtyä, kun se tulee liian kuumaksi. Kaksi portaita uima-altaan vieressä antaa sinulle virkistävän uinnin meressä. Villa on myös mahdollisuus scuba pyydyksiä, ulkopuolella aurinkotuoli merinäköalalla ja iso aurinkotuoli rentoutua.

We love it here!
Everything about this house is perfect. We had 8 divers and 2 snorkelers. This in the middle of all the dive sites, close to town, an amazing house reef and the best sunsets!! I have stayed at this house 4 times and will again. Others in our group have been there 1, 2, and 3 times. We all want to come back!!

Excellent House, great location and amazing holiday
The booking process and communication with the home owner Niels was wonderful and comforting.The house was amazing and exactly what we expected from the pictures and the advertising. Eva the property manager was absolutely fantastic. her orientation was thorough and covered all aspects. She was very prompt with her reply's to any quarry and every little thing taken care of very quickly and professionally, she was only a text away.The house is very well laid out, and works perfectly with both the upstairs living area/kitchen and the downstairs living area/kitchen. We were 10 people (5 couples) all family ranging from late 20's to mid 80's. This was our 8 or 9th trip to Bonaire and the first time we have stayed so close to town and I think it has changed how we will stay from now on. Being a 15 minute walk to town changed everything. It was so convenient to walk, to use the little stop/go scooters was so much fun. Even though we had 2 wonderfully equipped kitchens we did eat out for most meals as we just love the restaurant options on Bonaire. So much fun going somewhere new and visiting old favorites. Sabastian's is right next door which of course we went to. Do not ever be in a hurry going here, you are 3 hours for a meal. Think of it as an experience evening is stead of dinner out. Having the restaurant right next door did not bother us at all, it was fun having a drink in the pool while the patrons were getting to their tables. Wonderful vacation house. Highly recommend

Excellent Property and Hosts
We had a very enjoyable stay. The villa is well-maintained, furnished nicely, centrally located, and comfortably spacious. Both the owner and the local manager were helpful and responsive. The place is modern, clean, and highly functional. Nice touches like plenty of towels, some pool toys, and sharp knives. We were a much smaller group than the place can accommodate but I could see that having more people would have been fine. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a good dive shop. We even dove a few times right from the villa. Would stay again!

The VRBO photos don’t really capture what an absolutely stunning property this is! Communication with the owner and especially the property manager was outstanding. Fabulous house, great location, top notch amenities
Our group of eight seniors thoroughly enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at this Villa. It was perfect to have two complete units to spread out when we wanted yet have plenty of space to be together. The infinity pool, ocean view and high end amenities were top notch. Easy access to the ocean with a ramp and handrail the neighbors graciously share. Property manager, Eva, was very responsive and helped with everything we asked!! Sebastian's restaurant next door is no problem during their operating hours but they do some clean up or prep work in wee hours of the morning.

Great option for large group
Excellent location if using VIP Diving as your dive shop and you like to dive from the house - we saw lots of fish life in front of the property. Home had what we needed for our stay and space for a larger family group. Air flow at property was not as good as other homes we’ve stayed in that run perpendicular to the shoreline and allow more airflow through the main areas and pool area so know this property can be hit during the summer (if all AC units do work in bedrooms). Hosts left is a lovely welcome snack basket which was a lovely surprise since we landed late after a long day of travel.

Awesome time!
We loved staying at this property. The biggest reason we loved it was the access to the water where any of us could snorkel whenever we felt like it. We also loved the infinity pool. The restaurant next-door was not a problem at all because there is a very tall wall that stands between this property & the main part of the restaurant. We visited this restaurant several times. They have great food and a wonderful environment. Everyone we asked on the island told us we should eat at Sebastian's because that was their favorite, and we were lucky enough to be right next-door. There were a couple things about the house that we would love to see updated like the showers since the water tends to go on the floor outside of the shower itself. We would also like to see a dryer added to this property so we could wash towels and not have to hang them. Lastly, a nicer grill, beyond the circular charcoal grill, would be awesome. Overall though, the space was huge and we really enjoyed the outdoor table, as well as the view and huge table upstairs on the second floor. Please note the stairs to the upstairs is on the outside of the house. That was not a problem for us since our kids are all adults & stayed upstairs (three bedrooms up, and three bedrooms down). It was also awesome that there was a kitchen on ea. floor. Communication w/ Eva was fantastic & we loved how there was a basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. That was a very nice touch!. We are considering going back!

House was lovely with more than enough room for our family of 6. We didnt even use two of the king suites. Location was perfect with reef directly out back for day and night diving and snorkeling. The pool was enjoyed day and night! We enjoyed the convenience and people watching of the restaurant (Sebastian's) next door, some may find it rather close but it didnt bother us. VIP diving is just across the street and a great operation. We had a chef at home one evening we highly recommend - Manouk at Home, 5 course meal with wine pairings. All of the restaurants were great but the personal chef evening was the best meal on the island for us. Open the doors for an amazing breeze and enjoy! There is also AC in each bedroom thar we used at night. Do not miss the Van den Tweel grocery store, it was incredible and only 3 mins from the house. Also must go watch the windsurfers on Serabon beach at Sebastains (another branch related to the restaurant next door). I looked and looked and i cant find a house that can beat this location and ammenities. We will be back!

Great family place

The living areas on each floor worked great for us. The grandkids could nap upstairs and wouldn’t get bothered by the rest of us. Pool area was really enjoyed by the entire family. Eva the property manager was very prompt answering any questions we had. Property was in good shape.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The highlights were the pool and diving at the house reef (many octopus sightings!). The rooms were comfortable and the house is spacious. The location makes for a quick trip to town or the south dive sites. In general, having Sebastian's next door wasn't an issue. You clearly see everyone on the dock who is dining and I assume they can see you. But you forget about that after a while. People parking cars for Sebastians can be an issue. And the biggest challenge was the garbage smell. On some days, the wind blew from their garbage into the house and back patio. Other than that, it was a great rental.

Wonderful house for our large group
We had 11 adults. Perfect space for us. The outside space and pool were perfect. We did a lot of diving and the location was great for the south dive sites. Common area without ac gets very warm with no ac ( but it is august!) the ac I’m the bedrooms felt wonderful. Comfy beds and nicely equipped kitchens. The group is already discussing a return visit.

Vacation with friends
Great location, beautiful house, fantastic pool! We had a great trip with our friends to Bonaire. Working with Eva, the property manager, was easy. She was so helpful in finding a chef for our week as well as a massage therapist to come to the house (twice). She also helped with all our tiny concerns and made great recommendations for dinners out. The house is as described: six bedrooms in total, with six bathrooms (four ensuite). Two kitchens and plenty of seating space for our party of 11. The pool is so nice and the ocean directly in front of the condo has great snorkeling. The restaurant next door does add some noise (and one minor parking incident), as do the neighbors' dogs, but nothing terrible. The AC in the bedrooms pretty well drowns out most noise.

Amazing Views!
The property is beautiful and perfectly located: on the ocean and close to town. We snorkeled right from the back yard even at night. Taomo Beach was within a 5 minute drive which has white sand, large beach, food trucks and amazing snorkeling! The shops and restaurants are within walking distance which is nice when some family members wanted to hang back. The views are amazing morning and night! The restaurant next door was quiet and provided a quick bar trip. The house had plenty of space for our two families and Neils and Eva were great hosts. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Note: If renting a vehicle, you need a 4 wheel drive to get through the national park and most beach roads are very rocky.

Family holiday at villa Seru Di Santu
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Seru Di Santu. The property is very roomy and works extremely well for two families or a large family. On arrival we discovered a complimentary meal in the fridge which was so welcome! The view from the villa is exceptional. The bedrooms are very comfortable with good mattresses and air conditioning. I would just make a change to two single beds in one of the rooms both upstairs and downstairs which would allow more flexibility with the grandchildren. The position of the villa is great, we enjoyed some very special meals at Sebastian's (next door to the villa), Joe's restaurant and Chibi Chibi up the road. We also walked into town for breakfast some mornings and evening meals. We go to Bonaire for the diving and you can walk into the water with your dive gear two minutes away from the house. We are very careful with our dive equipment and there is a rinse tank and special drying cupboard in the garden. There is parking for four vehicles just outside the property. The house was very well managed by Eva and she answered any queries we had very quickly. The communication was very good with the villa's owner Niels who was very prompt with answer. I would very much enjoy taking the family to this villa again next year. Highly recommended! PS. I forgot to mention an excellent pool and the little sand beach which is easily accessible.

Great Villa
The villa is nicely laid out and would comfortably handle 2 families or up to 6 couples. Since there is an upstairs and downstairs kitchens you could separate a little if desired. View is great and location is close to everything. The restaurant next door is good but comes with a little noise It was are first time to Bonaire and we would stay here again
