I was unable to check in at this property. The owner did not answer his/her phone, and has a recording which says that they only operate during business hours (until 5pm).
I took taxis to two separate locations, and was told by security at both that I was not at the correct place. From what I can tell, the address given is bogus. The area around the property is rural and is not walkable at night.
Do not book this property if you plan to check in after 5pm, as you'll be left stranded like I was.

Good place to stay, will stay again if go there.
It is a good place to stay, wi-fi is faster, and the bed, space, and public are good. But we can't get a mobile signal under the building, so pls call your grab and give out the location clearly before you go down to the ground.

No Wifi, Normal HD TV, Can Fix Air Freshener Since got little uncomfortable smell, Parking guide can improvise, otherwise understandable owner and nice location nearby shops.

Went for 2N stay, apartment fit nicely for 2 adults & 3 kids. Check-in was hassle free, all are well communicated. Although would prefer to have check-in information at least 24 hrs before check-in instead of the morning of arrival.
My kids love the swimming pool!
Only set back was no wifi provided.
Will go back again as the rates are reasonable.
Suspected Owner gave the wrong unit number. When we arrived the postbox of condo, unable open the lock with password provided, called owner few times but no answer. At the end we tried other postbox of other units number and able to open the lock to get the key.

Room bed are too small for family
Room clean & location is great.Can view pool side from balcony. Property owner need to improved on a max capacity people should stayed inside the room. Inside there, only 1 queen bed & one small sofa bed without blanket. My family total 5 person(4 adults n 1 kid) and the bed is not suitable for family as per advertisment.

very bad service, not receive any email or coll after paid, we wait 4 hour at guard and need coll expedia to inform owner, owner so rude not even say sory, heater problem no any action, not recommend
Extremely irresposible host. Called the host after booking, he said that will send me the check-in intruction. But whole day I did not get any response from him. Called him the second time on the check-in day, same thing he told, but also did not get any response from him. Called him third time, then only I got the check-in instruction. Few hours later, he called me and told me that the paip was punctured. Requested me to change to Awana Hotel, but I rejected it as it's not my problem. He told me that he will settle the problem and call me after that. But long time I did not receive his call and the solution. Such a irresponsible host.
