Having stayed here for the last 5+ years 3 times a year we still love this Hotel.
The staff are professional and very friendly. The Rooms are quite elegant in their decor and the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced on our travels. For a Central City location the prices are quite reasonable, with many room prices offer's.
We always enjoy our stay at the "Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur"

Great location
Hotel is 10 min walk from the Pavillion shopping mall and other landmarks. Friendly staff upgraded us to a better room on check in. Room was clean and spacious. Massive area for the buffet breakfast, good selection and quality of food. Would recommend.

Nice for short stay
Well presented room with good location for city centre walks, shopping and eating. Decent sized car park and a very big choice from the buffet breakfast.

Our Favorite Hotel in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:All of the above and just the way regular guests are welcomed back.
Cons:In our case there is nothing that we lack in staying there.
Location:Location is great, as it is located just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping streets.
1st and foremost the hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes walk to all the main shopping.
The most important thing in our opinion is the hotels Staff Service Food and The Accommodation.
[1] Staff very polite and knowledgeable.
[2] Service is 2nd to none [having experienced other hotels in KL.
[3] The Breakfast would satisfy most guest's as the variety is so varied. Having had other meals they would also not disappoint.
[4] The Rooms are a delight. The Beds are Unbelievable Comfortable.
All the above are the main reasons we visit 3 times a year!

The Royale Chulan is our Prefered Hotel
Pros:Although it is in the city it is in a quiet area.
Cons:In our humble opinion nothing.
Location:It is just a few minutes walk to the main shopping area. There is a good Craft Center literally next door with traditional Malay art things to buy.
This is a great 5 star hotel. A few reasons for this is [1] The efficient and friendly staff. [2] The very comfortable and well appointed rooms. [3] The great choice of breakfast items. [4] The 2 Pool and Gym area, with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. Last but not least the whole clean elegance of this hotel.
All the reasons above make us return there 3 times a year, we are welcomed like Friends.

Extremely helpful staff. Lovely stay.
Can't fault this place at all. Lovely experience. Will stay again many times.
Overall the room is very nice! Very clean! All the staff are friendly and always smiling. Happy to assist me on anything. Just that i am very frustrated with the pool. The water not so clear and cloudy. And when your feet touch the floor of pool you can feel the water is highly chlorinated. Hope you guys can fixed it. Other than that it is a very good hotel. Food, deco, staff, in room service, everything "A" okay. Even the wifi is good.

Hotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis
Wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, ist das vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bad ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet, Trinkwasser in Flaschen (wie in anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie auch) kostenlos auf dem Zimmer. Der Pool ist nichts Besonderes, reicht zum Abkühlen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war er durch viele tobende Kinder allerdings keine Oase der Ruhe. Schade trotzdem, dass er schon 20:00 Uhr schließt. In KL wird überall gebaut, so gibt es auch Baustellen rund um das Hotel, die aber nicht stören. Unser Zimmer (4. Etage mit Blick auf den Pool) war absolut ruhig. Man sollte unbedingt mal in die oberste Etage fahren. Dort hat man von einem Balkon aus einen phantastischen Blick über einen Teil der Stadt.
Das Hotel liegt im modernen Einkaus- und Geschäftszentrum Kuala Lumpurs, 5 min entfernt zu Fuß liegt das Einkaufzentrum Pavilion mit vielen Designerläden und Food Court. Geschmackssache. Eine Monorailstation ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Transfer zum Flughafen dauert ca. 45 min je nach Verkehrslage und kostet 33,50 €. Empfehlen können wir eine Hop-On Hop-Off Tour. Man bekommt einen guten Überblick über die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt.

Fantastisch hotel
Alles aan dit hotel is super. Ligging (dicht bij de shoppingmalls), personeel, kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, zwembad. Wanneer je dit hotel boekt wil je geen ander meer.
