The apartment 2 in Ostseelandsitz offers holiday comfort on about 138 sqm. On the ground floor is the large living area with sofa, armchairs and TV, and the open kitchen with large dining table for 8 people. Patio doors lead from the living room and the kitchen to the terrace. On the lower level is also a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. Upstairs is a second small living area with TV and access to three additional bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chairs for the cloakroom. On this level there are two further bathrooms with shower in addition to the bedrooms.

In the midst of nature lies the Baltic Sea country house Mira Belle on the outskirts of Kühlungsborn, on approx. 6,000 m². The property has an outdoor area with utility and ornamental garden and partly with old fruit trees. The ridge "cooling" on one side and a wonderful view towards the Baltic Sea on the other side. The grounds are located around the property, so you will always find a sunny spot. Per half of the house is a sun lounger with beach chair in season. On the property there is an outbuilding with sauna (for a fee), and in another adjoining room washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is fully usable for both apartments, we ask for mutual consideration. The house is divided in two halves and each with 8 people bookable. Enjoy the best time of the year in this lovely atmosphere.
