My family from Australia stayed here for 6 nights recently. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were comfortable although the pillows were very lumpy. The staff were polite and helpful. The pool area was clean with lots of sun beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying at the resort. Our room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the gardens was beautiful. The area of the building our room was in was quiet. We used the pool and the swim up bar. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ dinner with the traditional dance/fire dance show. We thought the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants around the property.

Great family place to stay. Rooms are very clean and bed, surprisingly comfortable. It’s a quiet place that is located in Kite, everything is in walkable distance I.e shopping and money changers. Use Bluejrd taxis, make sure meter is on. Flag call 75 cents AUD. A very convenient place to stay with a large choice of food for brekky. Highly recommend.

Excellent surrounding areas and pool but rooms feel outdated, as the resort is so old. Buffet breakfast has good selections and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend to people looking for good location and facilities but arent too fussed about the room.

It was so bad that we checked out 5 nights earlier! There were 2 giant cochroaches in our bedroom and a terrible smell coming from the air conditioner. When my husband took off the vent to check the filter he found that there was no filter. We rang reception who came and wiped out a whole heap of mould and dirt. It was disgusting. The only good part was that the staff were lovely and friendly. Just waiting now for our refund.

This was our first visit to Bali and we absolutely will return to Bintang!! Slightly out of the main drag yet still ridiculously close to everything. We loved Bintang because of the beautiful gardens and surroundings. It was always quiet. We visited a few other 5 star resorts looking around and still they had nothing close on Bintang. All facilities were lovely and clean. No matter what area you visited The room service team were absolutely delightful!! My children absolutely loved the daily hand written message and writing back. The pen pal aspect was really the winner for us. The daily breakfast was delicious. The pool was the perfect temperature. The daily bingo at the bar hysterically funny. I thoroughly loved the staff who were more than welcoming, loved to share in our families fun and funny moments. Our room was a beautiful. The food excellent. Hygiene 10/10 ***Great for families managing serious food allergies. We felt well understood and safe.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Poor substandard rooms one restaurant selling poor quality food, one bar in the restaurant selling expensive Bintang, cocktails in too small a glass so couldn’t drink it but breakfast was excellent so where the staff. Walked out after a week instead of staying two. No refund from Expedia or hotel even though hotel has not described accurately. Very poor service from Expedia and Bintang resort.
