This automated hotel near Kutchan Station exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire experience was seamless despite having no on-site staff, and I was impressed by both the cleanliness of my room and the functionality of the shared kitchen. Being able to cook my own meals was particularly convenient, especially after picking up local ingredients from nearby shops. The location strikes a perfect balance - it's conveniently close to Kutchan Station while offering easy access to the greater Niseko area. I found the digital support system particularly helpful, making it simple to find local information and get any assistance I needed. For anyone planning to explore Niseko independently, this property offers an ideal base with all the essential amenities you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this property near Kutchan Station in the Niseko area. The self-check-in system worked flawlessly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings, while the shared kitchen space was well-equipped and practical. Having cooking facilities was particularly valuable given the location near Kutchan's local markets. The hotel's position proved ideal - close enough to Kutchan Station for easy access, yet perfectly situated for exploring the broader Niseko area. 設備機器の運転の低騒音が共振してブーンとうなるような音が非常に気になった。耳栓が用意されていたが効果が低い。夜はなかなか眠れなかった。
