Semidetached log house, built in 2009, bedroom 1 (downstairs): double bed, bedroom 2 (downstairs): double bed, bedroom 3 (loft): 2 beds, bedroom 4 (loft): 2 beds, combined kitchen/livingroom, electric sauna. Downstairs 103 m², loft 44.5 m² + large utility room 11.5 m².

The apartment is not rented for group of clients who are under 24 years old.
New cottage area between Ruka fell and highway nr 5. Nearest ski lift Talvijärvi, nearest restaurant Royal Ruka. To the skibus stop 400 m. Grocery store 1.4 km. Internet-connection (wireless 4 G)
