The B-side of a magnificent log house built in 2010 is located in a cozy cottage area in the Rukanriutta area.
26 km north of Kuusamo, 2 km from the Ruka Village (West-Ruka).

The nearest ski lift - Kelo, the nearest restaurant - Royal Ruka. Only 1,7 km distance to Pizzeria Ruka and to Riipinen Wild game restaurant.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed, bedroom 2 (upper floor): double bed, bedroom 3 (upper floor): 2 beds,
lobby on upstairs: spreadable sofa bed for two. Living room/kitchen, utility room, electric sauna and dressing room. Toilet both downstairs and upstairs. You can enjoy direct nature view from the glazed balcony.

Pets are not allowed. However, apartment is not suitable for allergic persons, because there have been pets.

During the ski season 2024-25, two tickets for the ski lift are included in the price.

Other distances: The Skibus is 50 m away (the nearest numbered stop is 300 m away). Oulanka National Park/Karhunkierros trail 22 km.
